Take a leisurely walk under the towering trees in the quiet wooded acre surrounding our cozy, alpine-inspired cabin with contemporary bohemian touches. Sleep in upstairs under deep-set skylights, observe wildlife out our large picture windows, or curl up by the fire on the rustic screened porch. Daydream on our hammock or dine alfresco taking advantage of our barbeque. On a clear night, it is easy to stargaze up through the tall trees, perhaps while toasting marshmallows fireside.

Enjoy all the Hudson Valley has to offer from this serene, stylish loft-away-from-home. A skylit space with original artwork and an eclectic mix of MCM and antiques let you enjoy beauty both inside and out. Mornings greet you with views of the Gunks, while evenings offer vivid sunsets from the cozy fire pit. Watch skydivers floating overhead, courtesy of the Parachute Ranch down the road, hike the nearby Mohonk Preserve, or enjoy the rail trail just a five minute walk from your door.

Nestled amongst the trees below Bonticou Crag this is a great base camp for climbing, hiking and biking. Five minutes from New Paltz; I do recommend having a car to access the area. Shared yard and fire pit right outside. My family and I live in the main part of the house. The outside area and house are still under construction, I’m working on it but its not put together yet. The apartment and inside area are clean and newly built with their own mini split and air circulation.

Explore infinity under a blanket of stars and share stories gathered around the firepit. When you’re called inside, grab a book and settle in by the fireplace. Then cook a meal in our well-equipped kitchen or on the grill, and enjoy it on the patio overlooking the property.

Built with only non-toxic and all natural materials with a state of the art fresh-air system. Enjoy wildlife or relaxing at the river bend on our 5-acre property or explore the awesome attractions close by: county pool, winery, New Paltz downtown, “gunks” rock climbing, Minnewaska State Park, and more!

Just a 10 minute car ride puts you at two amazing trail heads that offer mountain biking, hiking or an adventure in rock climbing.

Fern - Kos Retreats @ Frogs Hollow Farm

Fern is one of the two luxurious yurts we offer on our 100 acre organic farm. It is gorgeous, bringing you as close to nature as possible without giving up any of the luxuries in life! 450 sq ft of living in the round, it includes a full ensuite bathroom (in the yurt), and your own private deck, firepit, and barbecue outside. We are 15 minutes away from New Paltz, NY, and mere minutes away from the Shawngunk Mountains in the bucolic Hudson Valley.
