It was a very good place!

When staying with several people, the nightly price per person was very reasonable Moreover, I enjoyed the karaoke room and the stone sauna. There are also two bathrooms and toilets, and there are a total of three rooms on different floors, so it is recommended for mixed-gender gatherings.

A very homey space, not very close to anything touristy but if you look for a cozy stay & calm neighborhood Boro House is definitely the place! While also quite near USJ makes us easily go there and coming home quite easy! Definitely worth a stay!

The room was as pictured, and I was able to relax immediately after check-in, and I was able to enjoy the pool, sauna, BBQ, and the dogs had a good time, and at night, two sawtooth stag beetles gathered in the light, and both the children and adults were very excited! However, when I found a sea slug the size of a small sea cucumber (which I later looked up on Google Lens), I was thrilled, and I'm sure others who are curious about the unknown will be surprised!But people who hate insects will despair! So if you don't like insects, a BBQ at night may not be suitable for you! It was great to get up early in the morning and watch the sunrise and have a vacation that was like a model! Another thing that I'm a little worried about is that everyone can share and enter their personal information in the field after making a reservation, but if they share and enter it, everyone's personal information, such as their address and phone number, will be visible, so I think that needs to be considered. Other than that, we had a very good holiday, and it was a facility that I would like to use again!

The house is very good, the environment is very good, very close to the station, it's better to sleep early and get up early.

Kosuke's apartment is incredible🌸 We came back to it because we wanted to stay in Kobe again, it was a great experience❤️ When we entered the apartment, wonderful flowers were waiting for us, thanks to the owner's care we felt at home🪔 The apartment continues to improve and now there is a new washing machine with a drying function! We also like heated floors and a large space. Incredibly hospitable and friendly host, everything about the apartment seems perfect! Thank you very much❣️🙇‍♀🙇

From the moment I entered, I was very impressed by how beautiful it was. We used it with 2 families (8 adults and children in total), but it was big enough. Originally it was planned for 3 families Thank you for your flexibility with the changes. The bath and washing area were also spacious and we were able to enter together! There is no supermarket or convenience store within walking distance, but there is one within a 10-minute drive, so there was no problem! There was also a large park nearby, which was very good! I want to stay again.I thought so!

We stayed here for a week during our visit to Kyoto and Osaka. It is conveniently located near a train station and just a short ride to many major tourist attractions. The house was clean and everything was as described in the listing. There were a couple small parks nearby that were easy for us to walk our dog to. The train that runs next to the house can be loud at times if you aren’t used to it, but it wasn’t much of an issue for us since the trains stop running around midnight. The house was comfortable and made us feel right at home, we would definitely stay here again if we visit in the future.

Excellent accommodation, location, and host! We appreciated the variety of sleeping options, numerous rooms, and diverse kitchen utensils and appliances. The high water pressure in the shower feels like a relaxing massage after a long day of exploring! Short walk to local station for day trips and only a 20min taxi ride to World Expo and USJ. Very kind and responsive host, she accommodated all our requests. Overall a great experience, wish we would've stayed longer.

The apartment got everything you need. Laundry is a plus. The host is very responsive. A good stay!
