A great big house for a large family or a group of friends. The house has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Chic yard and warm stone room

I used it with 3 families of friends. The reply was quick, and they answered my questions thoroughly, and they also recommended a parking lot, which was helpful. The kids started exploring from the moment they entered the room.I enjoyed the many rooms and the stairs like a maze. It was helpful that there were cups, plates, paper cups, wraps, frying pans, and even seasonings. One bottle of water per person was also helpful. The bed was comfortable, and there were a lot of hair irons, lotions, tissues, etc., and it was well cleaned. If I had to say something I wished for, I would like the shower pressure to be stronger, and since there was only one room with a TV, I thought it would be nice to have one on each floor. However, overall, all three families were very satisfied and would definitely stay again.I was talking about it.

Great place and friendly host . They’ve provided free snacks and drinks. They’ve given us free car ride to the nearest station. Definitely would recommend this place for a peaceful stay.

The place is perfect for young couple/young & small family who want to enjoy a peaceful seaside scenery of Tatsuno. The decoration is pretty and we felt very comfortable during our stay. Shinmaiko is very friendly and helpful.

It's noisy at night, but the place is clean and spacious. Good!

I used it for a group trip. I was a little confused about the lockbox password at check-in, but it was very helpful that they responded quickly when I contacted them. The furniture and bedding were clean and we had a pleasant time. Access from the station was also good, and there was a supermarket and convenience store nearby, making it convenient. I came to Osaka for a trip and stayed here for 4 days. It is very close to the subway station, 5 minutes walk ~ There are also big supermarkets and various restaurants around, very convenient

We were a group of 6 that turned into 7 which Hiro and her listing accommodated gracefully. It was really nice opening up the windows and getting a good breeze, the balcony and good dryer were massive perks for our group. We had one member of our party arrive to Osaka early and Hiro was very kind and responsive to help him. It was clean and and walkable, I wouldn't hesitate recommending this booking!

We had a relaxing stay in a very beautiful room, just like the photos.It was also very helpful to be able to drop off our luggage in advance.

Close to everything night life .. food resto.. dotonbori..: only thing… i wish there is more pillow.. but washing machine is a perk.. we went home with clean cloths.. able to wash … and all the amenities are great…

Such a warm and lovely home in Kobe. We truly enjoyed the amazing view, the kids’ playroom, and the chance to cook and spend quality time with friends — it was a wonderful experience. Sincere suggestion: please consider improving the water heater. While cold showers might be tolerable in summer, the sudden changes in water temperature could be quite frustrating — especially during winter. Everything else was truly great.

After check-in, they explained the sauna facilities and other things politely and were very kind! It was nice to have a nice location from the sauna✨ Thank you!

I visited with my family.The barbecue, bonfire, Heidi-like swing, hammocks, and sea views were also awesome and I enjoyed it.The facilities are clean and safe. Thank you very much. Large cars require quite a bit of driving skills.

The view was good, it was a very quiet and comfortable space, I enjoyed the sauna, I was able to take an air bath, and the flow of the bath and water bath was perfect!I was also able to see the morning sun clearly.The sauna in the morning was also a great memory. The kitchen was also spacious and very easy to use.I couldn't connect the projector, but next time I want to come with all my friends!
