Vacation rentals with beach access in Avşa

The owner was extremely interested. All the items in the house met our needs. New towels were placed for each of us and every corner of the house was clean. We especially loved the balcony overlooking the sea, it became our indispensable place for our morning breakfasts, dinners and hours of pleasure. It was great to be within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and all other businesses. It was a pleasant holiday.

Nice places to have a rest with children. Good playgrounds in front of the sea. We have enjoyed the weekend!

Everything was as advertised. Mr. Ali and Ms. Rukiye welcomed us very well. They took care of everything. There was nothing missing in the room, it smelled spotless. I searched for the shortcomings previously mentioned in a review, but there was none. The pension is central but away from the noise of the tourist crowds. Every need is a few steps away. The sea is close and clean. I especially thank Ms. Rukiye for making me feel at home for a week. It will be the first address we will prefer when visiting Erdek again.

Overall, we were satisfied with the house and the communication with the host. They were helpful to provide our needs. They were open to communication. The location of the house was very good, away from other crowds and sounds but also close to everything. There is also an area right in front of the house where you can swim in the sea, it was calmer and there were few people. I think it was the best part of this house. If we go to Avşa again, we would like to stay in the same place. They came to get it by car to reach the house, and we would also like to thank you for that. There were just a few issues that were at a disadvantage for us. The washing machine was on the ground floor of the house and reserved for common use. Since we were on the top floor it was difficult to get down to the laundry toss. The vacuum cleaner was also shared, just so you know. It could have been better if the houses were in themselves. We couldn't see the iron either, but if we asked, Mr. Cihan and his wife would definitely help. There is no air conditioning in the house, the upper floors are airy at certain times of the day. There was wifi. Overall, we were satisfied. Thank you so much for everything ☺️☺️🙏🏻

The apartment was on the top floor. The living area was at the front of the property with a good sea view. The apartment had a big covered balcony with table and chairs. The living room has 2 fold out couches and an air conditioner. We slept here to use the air-con for sleeping in the evening. There is a bedroom at the back of the property also with a huge undercover balcony. There is a double and single bed in the room. There is no wardrobe for packing out clothing and no bedside cupboard or lamps. Just the main ceiling lamp. Bedding was new and clean. Location is right at the ferry port. There are restaurants, shops, auto banks, pharmacies right there. Beaches are within a minutes walk and the beaches are clean and sandy. An amazing 2 or 3 day get away. The bonus was the ferry that took 4 hours from Istanbul. The host is very kind and helpful. I can highly recommend this property. It is also pet friendly. This apartment had lift access to the 3rd floor and there are steps.

The garden was very nice, there was a barbecue in the fireplace. Mr. Ali helped himself, thanks to the fire of our barbecue. You can sit at the table right in front of the door and enjoy your tea in the evenings. There is a nice and long coast around where you can take a walk. There are a new generation tavern on the coastal road and beach cafes, I recommend going. The house was very clean, we did not have any problems. They gave us what we needed. Missing; There was no iron, hair dryer, and no shampoo. Also, the toilet seat and linen were broken. In summary, I would definitely recommend staying because the location is very good and the price is much more affordable than other houses around.

This place is amazing. The view is unbelievable, with a great location - in the middle of town, right by the water and town store. Melike was AMAZING. Her parents who live downstairs greeted us with fresh olives and extra blankets. We chatted over Turkish coffee, their family hosted us for a delicious meal, and even gave us a ride to our next bus stop. I would absolutely come back again, one of my best experiences with air bnb.

It was as described, even though the season did not open, they were very interested and relevant, we are planning to come in the season, the view and the beachfront are incredibly beautiful, we loved it and it was comfortable, 4 people can stay comfortably, and there were many amenities in the kitchen in the house

The host was helpful, we loved the location. Only the house could have been a little cleaner.

Comfortable apartment for couples and small families. Very close to the beach (3 minutes walking), safe surroundings, all necessary amenities listed in the description. Hosts are very kind and friendly. We had a very pleasant summer holiday!
