It has an area of 40 sq m that extends on a single level consisting of living room with dining area, kitchen complete with crockery oven and stovetop , double bed, two closets, a double sofa bed, bathroom with large walk-in shower . It comfortably accommodates four people. The private veranda is equipped with a comfy table and umbrella... Excellent location on a small square typical of the historic center that offers a quiet and particularly sunny atmosphere, a stone's throw from the market and the Temple of Apollo. Within a few minutes walk you can reach the main streets of shops, restaurants and solariums. To make your stay as pleasant as possible you will find at your disposal a bathroom courtesy kit and one for the kitchen,linen, bath towels. Beach towels for rent additional cost. The house is equipped with air conditioning/heating, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, TV, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdryer. A stone's throw from the center

The house is located in a quiet part of Via Giovanni Aurispa, one of the streets parallel to the city's main thoroughfare, just a short walk from the center. It was renovated in 2016, the bathroom was completely redone and the furniture is also almost all new. The bedroom is on the upper floor while on the ground floor there is a kitchen/living room and bathroom.
