This is a wonderful location and spade. The host has three separate units in the same place so this is excellent for a group of people travelling together like us. We had rented 2 of the three spaces. There is a lovely outdoor living space where we would meeting in the evenings Our first night we did have an issue with the hot water but the host responded immediately and it was fixed promptly. Host gifted us beautiful desserts to make up for the inconvenience. The space itself is modern, functional and clean. It is very comfortable and the host has paid a lot of attention to detail such a as proving umbrellas, coffee, water and snacks to get you started. We had a rental car and it was easy to find parking. Bonus is the nice cafe right at the entrance of the suite and you can easily grant coffee or an apertivo. The location is a 15 min walk to Ortega/ downtown Siracusa. I recommend this space and I hope to stay in it again in the future.

Andrea's home was great ! The apartment was very cute with two beautiful bedrooms with large french doors and two balconies overlooking the street below. The location was amazing and walkable to all coffee shops, restaurants, and historic Ortigia.

L’attico offre una terrazza panoramica con vista mare con alba al mattino. All’interno una meravigliosa finestra offre il tramonto su un’oasi che ospita fenicotteri rosa. La spiaggia a due passi offre un mare cristallino (Lido Morghella) dove consumare ottimi piatti caserecci. Località tattica per andare a visitare il sud della Sicilia (Noto, Siracusa, Scicli) e la vicina Porto Palo che offre scorci incantevoli da non perdere. Luogo meraviglioso dove trovare relax in un attico che offre ogni confort, come per esempio godersi il silenzio su un terrazzo circondato dalla musica della Natura. Consiglio. Ci torneremo. Abbiamo soggiornato 13 giorni in questo bellissimo appartamento, nuovo e pulito ! Gli spazzi sono ottimi, camere spaziose e veranda molto ampia. Marialaura gentilissima, sempre disponibile e attenta ai dettagli. Abbiamo passato una splendida vacanza. Grazie ♥️

Das ist ein Appartment der Extraklasse, die Terrasse ist ein Hit und die gesamte Anlage wunderschön und super gepflegt, das Pool liegt direkt vor der Tür, spitze!

Andrea's place is terrific - located a group of houses in a quiet area ~20 min drive from Siracusa with gated access that feels "remote". The house itself is half of a duplex and is exactly like the pictures in the listing - it is modern and clean and incredibly well furnished and stocked to feel like home. The beds were comfortable (firm), kitchen was well stocked for basic cooking, AC worked great, Wifi was excellent (fast upload speeds), and clothes washer was also good. There was a small hot tub in the backyard that worked OK (took a long time to heat up, but was then fine). There is a rock / rocky beach at the end of the street nearby, but we suggest that you use the 2 beach umbrellas and beach towels that are provided and go to either Spiaggia Punta Carrozza or Spiaggia del Minareto, both are ~10 min drive away. Communication with Andrea was good, and we appreciated his flexibility for our early check-in. Overall, highly recommended.

Abbiamo soggiornato da Armando per due notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La posizione è tranquilla, nelle campagne siracusane, vicino alle stupende spiagge Le Fontane Bianche, Ognina, Arenella ecc. e a pochi km dalla bella ma confusionaria Siracusa. L'alloggio era perfettamente pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario, piccola cucina, frigorifero, letto comodo, aria condizionata, un piccolo ingresso con tavolino sedie ed ombrellone, stendino per i panni ecc. Armando è stato molto gentile e disponibile e ci ha fornito ottimi consigli. Se ci sarà l'occasione, torneremo senz'altro nel suo alloggio.

Patrizia and Mario were great hosts, very responsive and helpful. The roof top terrace has a nice breeze and good views. The living room has lots of interesting books. The booklet in the house and that they send you before you arrive has lots of great suggestions for the area, we loved the beach recommendations. Good kitchen. L’appartamento di Federico si trova in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla, vicina al mare e ottima anche per muoversi in macchina. Federico è stato un host molto reattivo e disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta o dubbio..lo consiglio!

C'était tout simplement parfait. la maison est idéale tant par l'emplacement que par sa conception et ses prestations. on a énormément apprécié la terrasse, la proximité de la petite plage au pied du restaurant familial. Le breakfast offert par la maman de Michel Angelo était très généreux et plein de bonnes intentions. C'est l'esprit même de ce que doit être un hôte : générosité, réactivité, professionnalisme. Ein traumhafter Urlaub am Meer – wir kommen 2026 wieder! Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem perfekt gelegenen Ferienhaus direkt am Strand. Das Haus ist nicht nur stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, sondern bietet auch einen herrlichen Blick aufs Meer – einfach ideal für Erholung und Entspannung. Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an Salvatore und seine Frau, die uns vor Ort so herzlich empfangen und betreut haben. Ihre Gastfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft haben unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht. Man fühlt sich hier wirklich willkommen! Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf ein Wiedersehen im Jahr 2026 – bis bald! 🌊☀️🏡

Paolo foi ágil na comunicação, fizemos a reserva para duas noites na véspera. Isabella nos recebeu para deixar nossa bagagem antes do check in, o que nos ajudou bastante em nossos passeios por Siracusa. A casa tem tudo o que gostamos de encontrar em uma locação no Airbnb. Outros proprietários deveriam aprender com Paolo e Isabella como deve ser uma casa para locação. É fácil de estacionar a poucos metros da casa.

Just returned from a fantastic stay at Lucia's family home. Communication was fantastic from the start but this continued with a catch up to hand over the keys and a tour of her beautiful family home. There were notes left for swim spots, restaurants, must see activities plus a beautiful handwritten book on the island and some welcome goodies. The house itself was huge, with ample room for two adult children with us. Air con was a welcome with temperatures at mid thirty as was the huge outdoor terrace which was used daily. Th kitchen was well equipped with coffee machine, washing machine, lots of equipment. There were games and yoga mats, swim towels and everything you may need plus a selection of items if you had forgotten anything. We worked our way through most of Lucia's restaurant suggestions, all were fabulous. I swam at least twice a day in the crystal clear water 5 minutes from the house. The bus was easy from the airport and we also took the bus to Nato. Thank you Lucia.

Fantastic stay! Everything was exactly as described. The place is very clean and comfortable. It has everything you need while being away from home. The location is perfect for going to the market, touring the city and there are delicious food options everywhere. We had an incredible stay and can’t wait to come back!

Vi havde otte rigtig skønne dage i lejligheden! Vi kan kun anbefale at bo der, og vi kommer meget gerne igen! Den er helt, som man kan se på billederne. Tagterrassen er helt privat, og den er virkelig skøn og en stor luksus. Lejligheden er godt indrettet, og der er alt, hvad man har brug for. Og en stor luksus at have udsigt til vandet fra badet. Værten var nem at kommunikere med og fleksibel. Man skal kunne gå på trapper for at kunne bo i lejligheden. Placeringen var også fin ift. Ortigia, der var fem-syv minutter derned. Vi ankom med toget, og lejligheden ligger to-tre minutter fra stationen, hvilket var helt perfekt. Vi spiste is hver dag på et lille lokale is-sted, der ligger 200 meter fra lejligheden; Viola Gelateria.

Our host came out to help us find the location that overlooks the amazing Ortigia market (omg those sandwiches!!!) and has a sea view. The location couldn’t be more perfect. Bustling by day, quiet at night, our family of 4, 2 kids ages 7&9, absolutely loved this 2 bed 2 bath condo. Parking in a lot nearby was easy. Host gave incredible recommendations, was instantly responsive and so kind - even recommending options for our kids. Felt like home, would stay again and highly recommend!

staying here is like being a local Ortagian we were greeted at our parking space by Enrico who is Majas man on the ground who took us down the street to the apartment so much better than having to find a key lock box the apartment is superbly equipped and stylish in a typical Italian fashion large lounge with views two bedrooms both on a par ditto for the bathrooms on the third floor there is also an amazing terrace ideal for the alfresco breakfast sunbathing and pre dinner sundowners this was one of the best airbandbs we know and we would like to return

Marco was friendly and an excellent host and very fast in responding for our questions. He had some excellent restaurant recommendations in Ortigia and Syracuse. The apartment was very clean & tidy and had everything you might need. Great location to walk into Ortigia too or explore great local restaurants. Highly recommend

Sabina was a pleasure to deal with! The residence is as described-very spacious, clean and comfortable. It is well-equipped with all that is needed and then some. The location is just outside of Ortigia. This is perfect as you can experience some of the local atmosphere yet you are only a 15 minute walk to Ortigia. Check in was seamless and Sabina addressed all of our questions in a timely manner. I highly recommend to all who are considering a stay in Siracusa.
