Vacation rentals with a pool in Avila Beach

The Lake Oasis was perfect for our retreat! It is comfortable, spacious, and well equipped with amenities. We enjoyed looking out over the lake while visiting in/around the kitchen. The check in/out instructions were very clear and helpful.

What a great place to stay! The house has many amenities from a pool, hot tub, tree swing, pool table, even a ping pong table. The tree swing is very fun and such a great feature of the house. The house is very accommodating and comfortable for large groups. We had 6 adults, one kid under 12, and 2 dogs. There is a Pet fee but this is one of the nicest dog Friendly airbnbs I’ve stayed at. Everything is new and remodeled. There is a rooster nearby, if you use earplugs you won’t hear them at all. Overall great stay, definitely would recommend.

We booked this as our spot for my wife’s 30th birthday celebration. Needless to say, we were blown away with the views in the backyard. Host was very responsive on some issues with the spa/pool. Our group talked about wanting to make it a yearly booking as we had such a great time with the view, amenities, and such an open layout. Highly recommend for any type of getaway big or small!

Beautiful house with peaceful, quiet surroundings. Would recommend to anyone that wants a nice weekend away.

Christine's home was beautiful and clean. There was plenty of space for our 2 families to eat, sleep, and play. With kids, it was ideal to have access to the barn, grounds, as well as the private pool. The surroundings were picture perfect from dawn through the evening. The location was convenient to explore Paso Robles and San Simeon. And the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook a few meals at home comfortably. As a host, Christine was responsive and went above and beyond to mail us an item we had left behind. We really enjoyed a relaxing weekend on the Central Coast!

Cougar Ridge is an awesome stay! Even more so if you are a child of the 80's/90's. The place is dated though very well kept and clean. We could tell that a lot of effort was put into the pool and the backyard making it a fun and relaxing stay. Despite the pool not being heated, it was a great temp for swimming. The pool lights were working when we were there despite being told they were not; that was awesome! The house boasts tons of games and a ton of cooking supplies. We had a great time and would love to return.

Exceptional time with family at this place - it was well located, the property was stocked in terms of the kitchen, amenities and the beds were comfortable. Beautiful views from the property, easy access into town and attractions and wineries, and the hosts were very attentive. We would highly recommend!

The home is amazing and back yard are amazing. We stayed with another couple and 3 couples could easily stay here and have a phenomenal time. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen is gourmet and the bathrooms are all very nice and updated. The pool and spa were as advertised and the deer, birds and other small critters who play at the top of the property line in the back but do not come into the pool area were lovely to see. The location is terrific for the Paso wine area - dozens of great wineries and tasting rooms within 20 minutes. It was hard to leave and go back to reality.

Very clean and simple. No thrills but definitely worth it

Perfect spot, perfect condo. Very much enjoyed this beautiful home for our stay. Everything was clean and comfy, good assortment of amenities, can’t beat the ocean views for sure. The gated private parking was a huge plus as we were driving a dually one ton and finding street parking would have been a nightmare. Will be my first place to check for availability when I return to Pismo.

Perfect spot for our spring break getaway. Beautiful place with all the necessary pieces of beach equipment — chairs, coolers, toys to play with, and even a surfboard! Would highly recommend!

This is a marvelous place to stay right on Pismo Beach by the pier. The location could not be better. The condo itself is wonderful, especially with upper and lower patios looking right at the beach and the ocean. The home itself is clean an comfortable. We would definitely return. Our hosts were quite responsive. Good stay!

Perfectly situated in downtown pismo beach, around great restaurants and bars, it was the perfect place for our family of 6

Nice condo near a lot of restaurants and shops. There is a walkway right to the sand to walk out to the beach. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked. Would absolutely stay here again, enjoyed it! There was also a pool and gym available, but we did not use those during our stay. Looked very nice as well. Just remember to take a key to get OUT of the gated community. If you don’t have a key, you’re pretty much looked in. Oh, and I can’t forget, it’s really close to the cinnamon roll place, so fresh coffee and cinnamon rolls whenever you want! Yum!

We always like to come down to Pismo as a family and try to find a home that fits our needs. But this home is a prefect getaway, has everything we needed. Views are stunning especially during the sunset. A short 2 min walk to restaurants and shops and the best part is it’s right next to the beach just as the pictures! We will definitely be staying here again for our next trip.

This place was exactly as described. The online instructions were super helpful. The location was great, within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and the beach is right there. We would definitely stay at this condo again!!
