The house we reserved was better than expected and everything was immaculate. Neil, the property manager responded right away when we called about a broken vaccum cleaner. Excellent response time and very professional. Unfortunately a thunderstorm damaged the AC and it couldn't be fixed right away, but Sean moved us right away to an even larger house. He even reimbursed us a day for our having to move and the night without AC. We definitely would rent from Sean again.

We had such a wonderful stay in Cape Coral! The home was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, and they went above and beyond to make our trip comfortable. We truly appreciated their flexibility in allowing us to check in early and stay later on our departure day due to our flight times—it made a big difference and gave us more time to enjoy the property. Highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the area!

We rented the house for a family reunion of 7 people, we ended up going only 6 people. We had a great time , we spent most of the time by the pool and inside the Jacuzzi and the pool. I will suggest to the Host to a couple of Lights or Flood lights in the back patio by the pool area. If you want to cook a BBB, you have to do it before it gets dark, the only light is the one inside the pool.

Stay a few days at Carla's place and couldn't be happier. Place was spotless clean and decorated nicely. Mike Cohost showed us the house and it was very nice to have someone to show you the place, it show how dedicated they are to make sure you have an unforgettable vacation at their home. Pool was huge . All bedroom were very big and comfortable bed. Everything you need in provided. In addition house is located in one of the most beautiful and quiet neighborhood in Naples, Lesly. Everything is close by Marco island is 24 minutes aways while 5th st is about 15 min. Highly recommended you will not regret staying here. Thank you Carla it was a pleasure staying at your place.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. Check-in was super easy, and the host was friendly and responsive. We loved having coffee on the lanai each morning and looking for dolphins and manatees. We would definitely stay here again! Cute little place. Very quiet neighborhood but only a 5 minute drive to grocery stores and other amenities. My girls enjoyed the pool and the dock for fishing although they didn't get any bites. It was perfect for our small party of 3 for a quick trip to SW FL. Would definitely consider John's place again.

This was a great “home base” for our event at the Heitman House. It was nearby and walkable, with plenty of space for all our guests. The house and backyard were excellent for hosting meals and hangouts, and the place was really well-stocked, making it feel like home and not a random rental. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of linens, including lots of extras so despite being at full capacity for days we didn’t need to go without. I really appreciated the amount of bath and pool towels that were provided! The hosts were responsive and had anticipated many of our questions and needs. Details like the kitchen having multiple coffee makers, and extra bug spray & beach chairs were nice touches.

Overall we were very happy with our stay. We loved having access to 2 kayaks to enjoy the canals. The pool and hot tub were awesome, and the house was amazing. The only things that were slightly annoying was having a member from the rental stop by bright and early on our first and last day to go over the status of the rental. When traveling it's a bit annoying to be woken up super early on your first day. I would also suggest changing the timer on the sprinklers. They would go off about 930 at night when we were trying to enjoy the hot tub. While they wouldn't always hit us, the water had a very strong smell of rotten eggs which made us not want to stay outside anymore. Thankfully they didn't come on every night.

Location is close enough to bike into downtown FMB and to the Publix, and we did both during our stay! The kids enjoyed the pool. House was stocked with everything you'd need for a day at the beach, which was much appreciated!

We spent the month of March at this home and enjoyed the experience. With only solar heat we were afraid we wouldn’t use the pool but it was great and enjoyed lots of floats. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor area and beautiful canal views. Everything looked like the pictures. We loved the quiet neighborhood too

This is our second year in a row staying at Bob’s home. We absolutely love the property. Close to the beach and lots of restaurants and many other things to do. The home is in great shape, very clean and all the amenities you need to enjoy the property! We will definitely book again.

Great location! The place is very clean and the beds are super comfortable. The couch in the living room is very uncomfortable, but everything else was great.

Dan’s place was exactly what we were looking for. Somewhere close to friends, beach, local attractions, and a great place for us to stay. The house was what was described, with plenty of room for the 4 of us… with room to spare.

A wonderful house, this was our 2nd stay at Bucky's and we always feel right at home: All of us, parents and children (and dogs), were happy with the house and the spaces we were able to create for ourselves. Pool is divine on a hot day. The kitchen has everything that one could want. Our walks in the neighborhood with the little owls -- lovely!!!! I've been going to Marco for 30 years, it is one of my favorite places, the beaches are beautiful -- Tigertail is our favorite. In 30 years there has not been a day that we have not seen dolphins. Bucky is a wonderful and attentive host. We highly recommend Bucky's home.

We had an amazing stay here. It was peaceful and close to downtown fort Myers for shopping and night life.

absolutely gorgeous condo with walkout to the beach. it was spacious and clean and he was accommodating in allowing us to get in a little earlier than normal check in. high recommend this place I will defiantly be booking here again!

I often give Airbnb hosts positive reviews, but this place really was wonderful. We needed to visit family in the area, so it met our specific needs well, but anyone would enjoy this place. It has a lovely pool (screened in to keep away bugs), is a fun bike ride away from the beach, and close to downtown Bonita springs and near lovely Naples. We want to come back next year!

Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos en esta casa, y la tercera con Marc y Anne como anfitriones. Ellos son ¡geniales! La casa es completísima, prolija, hay toallas de sobra y la cocina es un 10. Recomiendo abrir las ventanas, y permitir que el sol entre. Es una casa súper luminosa. El patio es, siempre, nuestro lugar de encuentro: entre la pileta y asados. Tuvimos un inconveniente con la secadora, y Marc fue absolutamente expeditivo, atento y servicial. El clima no ayudó, pero -igualmente- pasamos unos días FANTÁSTICOS. La casa cuenta con bicicletas, que disfrutamos dando vueltas por el barrio que es precioso. Gracias por recibirnos una vez más. Realmente cuidamos y sentimos su casa como propia. Porque así nos hacen sentir bien, super bien recibidos. GRACIAS POR TODO ❤️

We had a fantastic stay! The house was incredibly well-equipped—there were plenty of essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, and all the little extras that make a stay comfortable and convenient. The pool and hot tub were both in perfect working order and made for a relaxing time day or night. The canal out back was a real highlight—great fishing with a wide variety of fish, including catfish, gar, and more. The house also came with five bicycles available for tenant use, which was a nice bonus, and there were TVs in every room—perfect for unwinding after a long day. The home felt truly luxurious, especially for the price. Jeff was a great host, and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!

Family had wonderful time staying at Villa on the Sands and greatly enjoyed the heated pool. House was exceptionally clean and well decorated for Christmas and the beds were comfortable. We also enjoyed walking to the park nearby.

We really enjoyed spending our Thanksgiving holiday at this location. Watching the sunsets every night over the lake were spectacular. The pictures of the place were accurate. The host was wonderful and very communicative.

Location was great. Near the beach, restaurants and shopping. The house was clean, beds were comfortable and plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. The bathrooms were clean. The pool was amazing. We spent most of our time floating. We were there for some R&R and that’s actually what we had. We also found a place to listen to some music and dancing. &4 Uber got us there and home safe. We will definitely be back. Thanks Drew for sharing your place with us.

Condo was very nice, clean, and updated. It had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable! We were a little bummed that the balcony didn’t face the water, it faces the parking lot but we still were able to see from the side. The beach was great, private and we saw a lot of manatees and dolphins very close up. The bridge that is being built was interesting to watch and once completed, the views will be even better! Definitely a cute little place to stay! Owners were great and very responsive! Overall, it was a very fun 2 weeks!!
