Our 33m² newly-renovated place has air conditioning and is a short walk from charming, historic downtown Dijon. In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. Ideally located between north/south, close to exit 5 of the A39 (Soirans), quiet, 20 minutes from Dijon, you will be welcome at the Gite des 3 Rivieres in Burgundy. Ideal for business trips, north/south stops or tourist stays. My 65 m2 cottage can accommodate 4 adults and 1 baby; on the ground floor there is the kitchen, living room, bathroom, toilet. On the 1st, a beautiful room for 4 people that can be separated into 2 spaces. Terrace, private parking and garden. Well-behaved dogs are allowed.

La Gouille is located 1.6 km from Epenottes shopping center and 1.5 km from downtown and old Dole. It's the countryside in the city. Very quiet! You have at your disposal a 19 m² studio. One bedroom, one TV, one toilet, one shower room, one kitchenette, one fridge, tea, coffee, bowls, plates, cutlery, glass, plancha, one table as well as two chairs and their cushions, brazier, barbecue, wood. Your entire space is heated/air-conditioned independently of the rest of the house.

It has an incredible view of Place Carnot and even the Hospices bell tower. We have completely renovated and decorated it with quality noble materials. 3-star cottage - Cozy, Quiet and Close to Dijon

Looking for a cozy nest out of the ordinary, perfect for 2 people and a little piece. (Possible 3rd person on extra bed) Brazey is the perfect spot between Dijon & Beaune and if you want to play in Dijon without bothering with parking and parking, no stress! The maisonette is very close to Brazey train station 3 minutes away . Last thing: For your comfort, sheets and towels are provided. Attention: pets 🐕 allowed but with an extra charge!

Pontailler sur Saône is located on the banks of the Saône, many services: (doctors, supermarket, bakery, butcher, restaurant, pizzeria, post office, a beach for swimming, fishing, hiking. 30 km from Dijon, Dole and 12 km from Auxonne. We rent a boat with an engine for fishing.
