Absolutely spectacular in every way! Francesca is a wonderful host and gave us lots of great recommendations for places to visit and even made us a dinner reservation at one of her favorite places in Bolzano called Bogen. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was exactly what we were hoping. ‘Scent of Pines’ is definitely at the top of list of our best stays ever. We will definitely return one day. Small but very nice apartment, top modern furnishings. Great view from the terrace directly on Sextener red wall, elf and three-shoe tip. Good pizzeria across the street, top bakery next door. Communication worked out great. Very nice stay.

Frederica and her family were very friendly and nice. The apartment was clean and renovated with style, with underfloor heating. Corresponded to the description of the ad. We lacked nothing.

Apartment in a very convenient location, located just a 15-minute walk from Belluno station, well served by public transport and a few meters from the main services (pharmacy, supermarket, bars, restaurants, etc.). The house is very large, cozy, and has all the amenities listed in the listing. Highlighting the courtesy of the host who made himself very available to our every need, immediately answering our questions and even accompanying us from the station with his private car, avoiding the uncomfortable walk with suitcases on the day of arrival. A few small inconveniences with the cleanliness, but overall the accommodation, a really negligible problem. I highly recommend Roberto's place, especially to families and groups of friends.

Stefania is an awesome host—she was prompt, very helpful with tips about the surrounding area, and even reminded me of the unique charm that Italian homes have! Her Airbnb was comfortable and super clean, which was exactly what I needed after a long day of travel. The space was just as described, and her hospitality really made the stay feel welcoming and stress-free. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Great place, very comfortable, beautiful surroundings and easy to access from parking space, if you have heavy luggages. Friendly host, easy to communicate and proactive Strategically located , 1 hour drive to most of the tourist attractions, not too close or too far from a specific cluster of tourist attractions.

Daniel was a fantastic host, very responsive and the place was easy to check in and out of. The place also came with wine that we were able to enjoy on the balcony at no extra cost! Very friendly neighbours and dogs! We stayed for a week and had a great time.

Alessandro and his mom were super helpful and kind, they gave us clear directions, they made us find everything we needed and they also helped us with bus stops and schedules for the airport. The cottage has everything you need, it is comfortable, cozy and 10 minutes from the center. Recommended!

Beautiful accommodation located on the first floor above a pizzeria that allows you to eat until late. Very nice apartment, Hannes welcomed us and even helped us by asking the restaurant below if we could leave the car in the parking lot since we were only staying one night! He even surprised us by leaving us sausage, wine and homemade honey! Very kind of him! I recommend it 100%, you won't be disappointed! I'll be back if I'm in the area again! Super nice!

We spent a few days at OasiMare to take advantage of the first seasonal sun and an event in the nearby sports field. Everything was very close, we parked the car on arrival and it was no longer necessary to move it. The clean and bright house is complete with everything you need, especially in the kitchen. The possibility of using a beach spot, umbrella and 2 sun loungers, included in the apartment fee, is very much appreciated. The balcony gives you the opportunity to enjoy an evening aperitif or breakfast. Giovanni, very kind and helpful, put us at ease. Perfect location, we'll be happy to come back.

My husband and I had a very pleasant weekend in Caorle in Gianluca's apartment. Apartment with impeccable cleanliness, equipped with every comfort and well-stocked. Located in a quiet area but close to all amenities... the beach service included in the offer is also great, which is not so obvious to have!

Very nice and cozy terrace. The apartment is very well equipped and tastefully furnished. The beach is within walking distance. There are tennis and paddle tennis courts in the immediate vicinity. The tennis bar is also right next door. We had a nice and relaxing vacation.

I stayed with 2 friends while exploring the dolomite mountains and it was perfect! A lovely clean apartment with a great outdoor area and only a short walk from some lovely restaurants and shops. Lidia was very helpful and greeted us on arrival as well as helping with any questions we had during the stay. 10/10 would recommend!

The host is very friendly and the tourist places near us were carefully explained, the location is very excellent next to the residence, an excellent restaurant and a grocery store just meters away.. Everything was great. Thank you Claudine, my reservation has been upgraded to a nice neighboring location. We had a weekly day off and the next day was an annual holiday, June 9 However, that did not prevent us from enjoying the beautiful place I will repeat my visit to this place in the future. Alex’s place was perfect for our trip to the Dolomites. We were a group of five adults and a baby, and the house was big enough — spacious, comfortable, and it really felt like a holiday home. There were three bedrooms, one bathroom, a separate toilet, a large kitchen table, and two balconies — the interior was very nice. The yard was great too, with a pool and cool decorations. We had everything we needed within walking distance — a bakery, a restaurant, riverside views, and the center of Brixen.
