The place was great and Thierry was extremely responsive. We had asked him for a small favour since we wanted to leave our bags somewhere safe and Thierry wholeheartedly let us check in early.

We had a great stay at Vincent’s place. He met us there and was very friendly, showed us around and provided good local recommendations. We really liked the galette restaurant opposite the Tapestry. Thanks Vincent! It really is the perfect location to explore Bayeux and the main centre and the Tapestry are 5 minutes walk away, although the Tapestry shuts in September for renovation work. We will come again and do some cycling next time, it really is that nice a place to stay.

As others have mentioned this is an excellent holiday flat and superb base from which to explore Normandy and the beautiful city of Caen. The flat is clean, comfortable and is very well equipped for self-catering though the nearby town center bars and restaurants may tempt you out at little more that you planned. Highlights include secure and convenient parking, excellent bathroom and shower, comfortable bed and the bonus of a lovely private garden to kick back while sampling the local calvados in the evening. As mentioned the flat is very central with a five minute walk into the center for fresh bread and croissants in the morning. Caen itself is full of surprises with beautiful churches and abbeys combined with a very laid back atmosphere. Though we did not meet Christine her ongoing communication was both discrete and charming. Book you wont regret it. 5 stars all round

Wonderful location with very large wrap around balcony. We explored Caen and used it as a central hub to explore Normandy. Perfect spot for it.

To spend a moment together, in a quiet setting with all the charms of Deauville nearby. The apartment is fully equipped. Very well arranged, and ESPECIALLY the view is beautiful without anyone opposite you. Sea view, marina, Trouville. 180-degree view thanks to the beautiful bays. Really a great time. We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless and perfectly balanced, spacious yet cosy, so we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Our child loved the toys provided, and our dog enjoyed the big garden. We especially appreciated the beautiful palm trees in the garden, creating the perfect spot to sit out and relax. The location was ideal, just a 10 minute walk to the beach, fish market, and great restaurants. We loved everything about our stay and would definitely stay again

There is one *major* problem that you will see the moment you enter the property: you will **never** (ever) want to leave. You may even start thinking through how you can leave your day job and move to Port-en-Bessin. The home itself is amazing. The top of our list after over a dozen Airbnbs in the last few years. It's everything they show online... and SO MUCH MORE! It's like living in a Normandy postcard. The house itself is awesome. Amazing. Spotless. Beautifully decorated and appointed. We had a great weekend at Nicolas's cottage! The house is really spacious and very pleasant to stay in. Nicolas came to greet us to show us around the house. We really enjoyed the little attention to our dog (bowl available and suggestion of walks!). We slept very well, in the quiet of the countryside. Thank you Nicolas for the kindness of his hosting!

This house was perfect for a group of six! Immaculate and spacious for the group. We all loved loved loved it. The location was amazing, allowing us to explore the area during the D Day anniversary. A short drive to Bayeux, close to the American Cemetary and Overlord Museum. We found great restaurants not far on the beach. Julia's communication was great from the booking to checkout. Whenever I had a question, she was responsive in a timely manner. The house was modern and felt like home for our group. We visited the Cider Distillery across the street which sold wine and cider and ventured out to restaurants up and down the coast during our week stay. The house was stocked with everything you can imagine making our stay comfortable. I can't wait to book my next trip to Normandy and stay in this wonderful home.

The apartment is very cozy and well decorated. True to the photos. It has everything you need on site. The residence is very pretty and quiet. Marie Danielle is a very responsive and accommodating host. We had a great time.

We spent one perfect week at Mathieu’s place and had an absolutely terrific experience! If you’re looking for an apartment in Bayeux, this is where you want to stay, hands down. The location is perfectly situated for walking to shops, markets, and cafes in the old town center and is also centrally-located for exploring the Normandy area. The apartment is inviting, peaceful, and clean with a comfortable bed. We especially enjoy livable locations where we can hear the church bells ring, and this was no exception at Mathieu’s place since the cathedral is just down the street (with a stunning view from the family room window). The bells add to the ambiance and experience, and fear not for they don’t ring through the night so your sleep isn’t interrupted. Only good things to say about this place!
