The apartment is designed as an open loft with kitchen, living room and bedroom. The private bathroom is separate.

Die Penthouse Wohnung ist nagelneu und liegt am Rande eines sehr ruhigen Wohngebietes. Vom Balkon großen aus schaut man auf die Weinreben/Weinberge. Unsere Wohnung verfügt über 1 Schlafzimmer mit 2 sehr bequemen Doppelbetten, 1 großes offenes Wohnzimmer mit Sofa & Flat-TV, 1 Badezimmer mit Dusche, 1 Toilette, Küche, Essbereich & Balkon.

Close to nature & stylish living in the old farmhouse

The apartment is in the small district of Karsau, which belongs to Rheinfelden (Baden). In an almost 200-year-old farmhouse overlooking our farm animals (horses/sheep/cat/dog/chickens) you can relax wonderfully. Basel can be reached in 20 minutes by car/train. Beuggen train station is within walking distance (1.5 km). Right next door is a children's playground and the forest with beautiful walking and cycling trails is a few minutes' walk away.
