Great little flat. Nice and close to the train station, but be prepared for a bit of a hike to Broxden Park & Ride Bus Station. Very tidy and had clear instructions for the stay. Highly recommend!

Perfect place for a stay in Edinburgh. Walkable location from the train station and to all the major attractions. Lovely apartment. Very quiet despite being so close to the city sites. Veronique lives nearby and was very friendly, kind and helpful. The apartment was well-supplied with fresh items, and not with leftovers from previous renters. So nice upon arrival to see fresh milk, butter, eggs, bread, juice, yogurt, and a full supply of condiments. Just a great place to stay. Highly recommended. Two nearby restaurants we'd recommend are an Italian restaurant called Amerone, and a French one called Chez Jules. Both excellent and reasonably priced. Busy, so booking ahead is recommended. We used a private driving service, LR Executive, for a day trip out to the highlands. Very expensive, but it was a great way to see the area and do some hiking. They allowed us to plan our own journey and stops. Ask for Andy--a great guide and driver.

Ann’s place was just what we needed for our two night stay in Edinburgh. The apartment is centrally located and within walking distance of all the major attractions , with a stunning view of the castle. The amenities provided allowed for a comfortable stay.

Our first ever Airbnb, this apartment has set the bar impossibly high. Such a beautiful, peaceful, high-ceilinged space, luxurious without being at all bling-y, full of interesting artworks and artefacts with every element, from mirrored lamps to linen apron, carefully chosen and perfectly placed. We were so comfortable, sleeping well and feeling throughly spoiled – Natasha's casual mention of 'a few groceries' really didn't cover the wealth of edible goodies she'd left for us. The location is perfect, among the elegant Georgian houses atop Kelvingrove Park, so pleasing greenery on our way to wherever we wanted to go. Staying here added immeasurably to the pleasure of our first visit to Glasgow – so stylish and surprising, city and apartment both.

Fantastic spot! Incredibly convenient location very close to the subway. It was really easy to navigate around the city. Comfortable beds. Great, clean bathrooms with a lovely rainfall shower. Big windows with lots of light. Could not recommend more highly!

The flat was most attractive, clean, well equipped, with a wonderful view over the Tay. We would have appreciated more information about the heating and TV controls. The outside stair to the building was missing a slab step which could have been dangerous.

It's a lovely apartment in a fantastic location. It's only a couple of minutes walk to Gleneagles Hotel if you have an event there or are going for food or a drink. We were using it to attend a family wedding and the location could not have been more perfect for us. There are also lovely walks right on your doorstep.

This may be the nicest Airbnb we've ever stayed in in the past decade. It was pristinely clean and gorgeously decorated! Even though we didn't get to meet him in person due to our leaving early morning, Dean was very responsive to our inquiries and helpful. This place is on a somewhat busy street in Edinburgh but since you are on the third floor, traffic wasn't too loud. Be aware that there is no lift so probably not a great option for those with mobility limitations. The inside of the building itself was pretty quiet. It is a 12-15 minute walk to Edinburgh Castle and about 20 to Royal Mile. There are several grocery stores and coffee shops nearby. We really wished we could have stayed more than two nights and highly recommend Dean's place!

This special place surpassed all our expectations. The attention to detail and care in every aspect, from the little jars of shortbread to the amazing roof beams, is simply incredible. Everywhere you look, there's something interesting, clever, or beautiful. The location is perfect for a city break; it's an easy walk from the train station, with many attractions on your doorstep. You can even see Holyrood Park and its dramatic crags from the apartment. Once inside, you're completely cocooned from the world. We found ourselves structuring our days to maximize our time there. It truly elevated our stay, making it an unforgettable experience.

Gorgeous, spacious and comfortable flat. We stayed with our two-year-old, and had no trouble with him sleeping in the little walk-in space. The kitchen was especially nice for dining; also was a great shower and excellent bed/pillows! Coffee at Little Fitzroy was splendid and we walked to almost everywhere but had peace & quiet at night.

We had a wonderful stay at Gordon’s place! It was clean, comfortable and very well appointed. Gordon was a very attentive host, and answered all our questions in a very timely and thoughtful manner. We highly recommend staying there if you are planning to spend time in the area!

Nous sommes venus en Ecosse pour notre voyage de noce, afin de découvrir le pays, et l'appartement était un excellent pied à terre, parfait pour se reposer après une journée de randonnée sous la pluie ! L'appartement était propre, rangé, avec tout le nécessaire. C'est aussi un excellent point de départ pour différents endroits : à 20 minutes d'Edimbourg, 1h de Glasgow, et 2h de nombreux magnifiques lieux. Si vous souhaitez visiter l'écosse, ou juste Edimbourg, et rentrer dans un appartement cosy, et paisible, Bay Beach House is perfect for you!

Our second year staying here and we enjoyed it just as much as the first. Such a beautiful flat - spacious, beautifully decorated, well-equiped, great wifi, secure parking, and a lovely neighbourhood within walking distance of the town centre. It really is the perfect place from which to explore Scotland. We just wish we could live here all year round - we almost cry when it is time to leave.

A beautiful and spacious apartment. The bedrooms were very comfortable and well equipped. Very impressive views. It was very easy to get a bus into the centre of Edinburgh. We really appreciated and highly recommend the jacuzzi bath after running the Edinburgh Marathon!! Bulhar was great with communication. Also some extra touches were really appreciated - shampoos,conditioner and shower gel and other toiletries available to use in the bathroom. Also some soft drinks and teas and coffees available as well, which was very generous. Would definitely recommend this lovely apartment.

We loved Aimee’s place and would def book again. It was peaceful and calm, clean and tidy and a home away from home with the added bonus of the hot tub. We had a fantastic time :)

We stayed 2 nights at the beginning of our vacation in Scotland. The location was perfect for walking to all the best spots in Edinburgh. Michelle was the person I communicated with upon arrival, she was extremely helpful and very prompt in returning my texts. I would definitely recommend this rental.

Fantastic holiday, great location, comfortable bed and amazing bath. The slippers and dressing gown was a really lovely touch. Highly recommend the Bonnie Bide Awa. Only sightly disappointing thing was the Welcome pack, 1/2 bottle of olive oil, 2 sachets of porridge,1/4 tin of hot chocolate and an empty canister.. If we’re ever in Edinburgh again, I will definitely try to book this apartment.

Stylish, clean and well stocked house with all the necessary amenities. Maggie was very responsive host and provided clear instructions to check in. It was our son's birthday weekend & we arrived to a cake, candles, balloons & birthday banners which was very thoughtful and kind. We felt at home instantly with welcome drinks & treats. There was private parking which was great and the place is also close to beach within walkable distance. We would love to come back and highly recommend her place!
