The place was exactly as the pictures! It is located in the basement but has plenty of windows and natural lighting! Very easy to find and check in was smooth. Lots of street parking as advertised. And the area was very quiet. I didn’t even hear the other guests in the house.

We loved staying here! Plenty of space for our family of 6, including one little one. It was exactly as pictured and well-stocked with spices in the kitchen and shampoo etc in the bathroom! Beds were super comfy and we loved how close it was to the lake, restaurants, and a playground. Would definitely stay here again!!

Brian was a great host, he was flexible and quick to respond. The home was nice and comfortable. There was a small issue with one of the bathrooms but no big deal. I brought to his attention just for awareness and he was apologetic. We enjoyed the home. I cook alot and the kitchen had what i needed except for things to use in oven and kitchen towels but otherwise well stocked. Great stay

Three generation family here for BU college graduation. Holly was very flexible and helpful! Easy to get around to all locations in Boston!

Both humans and canine loved this place. The rooms were a good size. Both the bathroom and the kitchen had adequate supplies and equipment and were well maintained. I especially appreciated the couch protectors so we could be comfortable about letting dog rest on the couch. Tom contacted us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. His wife came over shortly after we arrived to help us figure out how to work the TV. Oakland Beach is at the end of the road and the streets in the neighborhood are very walk-able. This place was perfect for us.

We celebrated our Thanksgiving at the lodge We drove down from Maine and we’re planning on arriving Thanksgiving day, the weather was not going to be great for driving and Sarah was kind enough to invite us to come down the night before. It was such a great relief to not have to drive Thanksgiving day! The lodge was so spacious and comfortable. We had plenty of room to play games and enjoy our meal with additional family that met us there to eat. Sarah was the a gracious host and very responsive. Definitely plan on returning again next year ❤️

Great rental with awesome coastal decor in the quaint setting of historic downtown Bristol. House was exactly as presented, immaculate, and comfortable. Parking is an issue unless you have a compact car. Truly enjoyed our stay and definitely would recommend to others.

We filled Shael's place with family for the weekend wedding of our granddaughter, and it was perfect. The wedding and reception were less than 10 minutes away and Bristol is a great little town. We weren't able to enjoy the pool due to the weather but it was beautiful, as was the whole huge house.

We had an excellent stay while attending our son's graduation at UCONN. The place was clean and homey, perfect when traveling back and forth. Our plans changed and we did not bring our dog, and Ashley was kind enough to refund us. My son goes back to UConn in the fall for his master's, and we know where we will stay again next May.

We have stayed at Carol’s other campers but this was our first time at Trigger’s cabin. Great rustic accommodations and a beautiful spot right on the pond. It is such a peaceful spot to disconnect and enjoy nature. Carol is a great host and we plan to be back again.

The place was so spacious for our group of friends for a weekend away! It was very well kept and we had an amazing stay!

We got married at a venue about 15 minutes away so we stayed here with our bridal party and the size was perfect. Everyone slept comfortably, we still had plenty of space. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is still close enough for us to enjoy exploring Sturbridge. Michael was responsive and honest with any question I asked!

This country getaway is an absolute gem! Just 20 minutes outside of Providence, this luxury escape offers the perfect mix of peace and charm. The home is stunning—boasting beautiful high ceilings, an incredibly spacious layout, and a beautiful kitchen that made it a pleasure to cook in. The outdoor space is a dream. The pool is serene and refreshing, and being surrounded by horses and cows added such a unique, calming touch to the stay. The entire property is quiet and relaxing, ideal for a weekend recharge or longer escape. Cristyn was a thoughtful and responsive host, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful, luxurious countryside experience near the city!

Lindsey’s home was just perfect for us and our stay in Bristol. Walkable to so many shops and restaurants. Home was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. We loved the outside seating area enjoying the sunshine and private back yard. There were renters upstairs so it was a bit noisy hearing their footsteps. Other than this, we loved the home and location and will be back next year!!!

Absolutely amazing place to stay! The host is sweet and responsive and it's in a great area :) lots to do just by walking around. My groups and I had a great time here and would come back again!

Sean is a fantastic host - highly responsive, reasonable, personable, and accommodating. I had the pleasure of meeting him in-person a couple times throughout our stay. Check-in was very easy with the keypad. Beds and cushy couch may take some adjusting to, but the space itself is grand, roomy and felt like our own, with just the right amenities. The heat and A/C came on quickly and effectively, as did hot water. Area is ideal, close enough to the action with enough peace on a side street, but not secluded enough to feel unsafe about personal belongings. I was most anxious about parking before arriving, but were provided assurances by Sean ahead of time, and had no issue on a Mother’s Day weekend Friday-Monday landing a street spot either right in front of the building or a block away, even on trash day. Would love to stay again on our next trip over!

I appreciated all the snacks and drinks that were included. Bathroom was stocked with everything you'd need and there was detergent for the washer too

Adorable brownstone in JP! Close to the orange line, quiet neighborhood with lots of families. House was great, lots of space.

We have been staying at Jerri for the last few years while our daughter attented UCONN. Its a great location to be close enough to campus but far enough for our daughter to make our visits feel like home. We were able to make her favorite meals while we where visiting bc Jerri literally has everything you could possible need. This place is exactly what we needed after driving 6hrs to visit our kid. We will miss it here because our daughter has graduated 🎓. You will never be disappointed if you stay here.

Beth was very helpful and personable. She made sure we had what we needed from snacks to board games and books, plus tissues and paper towels. The location is awesome near all the restaurants and shops plus the bike and walking trails. The place was clean and nice and spread out, so me as an early riser didn’t wake everyone when I was up making coffee and breakfast since the kitchen was a ways from the sleeping and living area. Wonderful vacation thanks to Beth! I highly recommend!

Ryan was an outstanding host, friendly and extremely responsive. Check-in was very easy, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The space was clean and uncluttered, with ample space and excellent amenities. Wifi is always important to me when I travel, and Ryan's was easy to access and performed very well. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, and I thoroughly enjoyed watching his goats. An excellent home base for a weekend visit to the area!
