A wood-burning fireplace. 1 WC - Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with double beds of 160 + 1 bed of 90. Possibility of a 4th bed as a backup. 1 bathroom and 1 WC per bedroom. Enjoy a stylish experience in the immediate vicinity of Douai train station. You have a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed (2 individual duvets) and a 140 x 200 sofa bed. The duvets are adjustable (4-seasons). The living room features a smart TV with access to Netflix. Kitchen is equipped with ceramic hobs, electric ovens and microwave. The atmosphere is understated and warm, with solid oak flooring and wooden furniture. Invoice provided upon request.

This small house offers a peaceful stay for the whole family. Fully equipped, fully renovated, I am happy to host you for a short or long stay. Close to Cambrai city center as well as the various highways that surround it, it is located on a quiet street. Always available and attentive, please let me know if you need any further information! Linens and towels are extra at €15. You can bring your linens and towels.
