We enjoyed our stay. There was everything we needed plus more. I forgot our beach stuff but they had everything we needed! We had a nice peaceful stay. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. We highly recommend this place. We will be staying again!

So relaxing In such a beautiful setting. Loved relaxing in the sun by the pool. Able to get fresh eggs every morning from the hens on the property who were always excited to see us. Wouldn’t hesitate to visit again and stay at the property.

Everything about this location is absolutely awesome, the atmosphere was peaceful, the area was pretty convenient to Everything from restaurants to grocery stores. the place was absolutely beautiful, would definitely recommend to stay. For me and my family we have a 3 yr old & a 7 yr old that love to play, unfortunately keeping them rascals quite without the echos in the hallway were our only struggles... lol.. but from there we ABSOLUTELY LOVED this stay. It was me and wife 2 year Anniversary and we booked Philips place for a 5 day/4 night stay and we were not disappointed. Everything about this house was perfect. The back yard was very nice and private. The home itself is so spacious just makes you feel right at home. Everything we planned to do during our stay was within 30 minutes drive. The beach was literally 12 minutes from the property. A convenient place as it was near or around all the restaurants and shopping facilities. If we are ever in Jacksonville again, we are definitely going to be checking the availability of this property. Great host!!!!! Thanks for accommodating use during our stay…

We were in town for a baseball tryout and this was the perfect place for us and our boys. The home was exactly as described, beds were comfy and everything was clean when we arrived. The backyard was perfect for relaxing, with a great fire pit and pool table, and we even caught a couple good size bass in the lake behind the home. Mac was super responsive to our questions and incredibly helpful. Would recommend!

We rented this house to use for my daughter’s wedding. Christine was so accommodating to our needs. The house was just lovely and extremely clean. I can’t wait to see how the pictures come out bc every inch of this house was adorable!

My sisters and I came here to stay for the weekend to visit some family that lives in Jacksonville. The house was so fun! We love the pool and the hot tub! The backyard was amazing and the house was so nice and fun!

This place was great. Our family enjoyed it. The pool was amazing and everything was clean. It actually restored our faith in renting Airbnb properties due to some previous bad experiences but this one was exactly as pictured and clean and comfortable for all of us. The host was responsive and helpful and the surrounding area is nice. Only a short drive to the beach. Would come back for sure. Thank you for a great experience.

Me and my kids as well as our puppies stayed a weekend at this wonderful place my kids loved the house and it was a relaxing getaway my family needed everything was just what we expected Mr.Walden is very nice and responds with no problem in a very timely matter. This home is wonderful. The host thought of every detail with the amenities! It has everything you need for the week or the weekend. The porch and pool are spectacular and the view of the marsh is amazing! The rooms are so nicely laid out and give privacy as needed for a family. The linens are clean and fresh and the kitchen is so open and comfortable! Lots to do in the area and the beaches are beautiful! I would highly recommend this house!! We truly enjoyed it!!

Our entire week was perfect! Shastri was kind to us as our schedule changed and I had to move my date staying at his place. The instructions that were sent are clear and they give you everything that you need to know! The view from his place was amazing! Needed a peaceful getaway with family and this was the right spot! I would not hesitate going back again. Great host, great spot and beautiful location!

Fantastic stay! Great location, beach front and pool access. The condo was pristine and updated with key amenities. Pull out couch to easily sleep 6. Scott was super responsive and even offered early check in and late check out.

My family two babies and a dog stayed here for a long weekend trip. It accommodated all of our needs and was easily located to pool beach. The park right next door was ideally the best part for babies and dog. Would stay here again

I have no words to describe how great I felt at Ryan’s house. The place is very cozy and has everything you need to feel even better than at home. The location is excellent—we went to the beach using the bikes available at the property, and it's also within walking distance. The house is spotless, the beds are comfortable, and the sheets smelled amazing. Ryan answered my questions promptly and was always very attentive. I definitely recommend this place and will absolutely be coming back.

Our family had the sweetest time at this house! From the beautiful details on the inside of the home to being able to easily walk to the beach, stores and restaurants - it was the perfect getaway. Thankful for the space they have created!

Phatty was a great host and her place was incredible. We also found the multiple workstations throughout the home in case you need any work done. 5 minute walk to beach and multiple restaurants and shops within a 10 minute walk or 5 minute (if that) drive. Neighborhood is very quiet. Highly recommend. If we travel back to Jax beach, we’ll look for this place!

Very beautiful home and amazing beach views. Close to everything. Exceptional stay. Will try to use this place anytime I come back to Jacksonville.
