Looking for the perfectly romantic glamping getaway? This stunning handcrafted hut was designed by my Buddhist mother for a meditation retreat, and to commune with nature. With unique timbered walls and ceilings, a wood-burning stove (the only heat source), rustic stone detailing on the walls and large glass windows, you'll feel like you're living in the woods, but with the comfort of the indoors. Please note that this is an off-grid camping cabin without water, and only limited electricity.

Cottage has a full kitchen, clawfoot tub, penny tile shower, front porch, dining room and large living room. Truly peaceful and lovely.

Athens, NY Entire House - 1 bedroom Quiet Country setting Summer- or anytime is a great time to escape to upstate NY. Guests have called it "a very cozy cottage in the woods". It is set back off the road and a great place to get away and unwind. 10 minutes from Exit 21 on the NYS Thruway and is an easy drive to several towns on the Hudson River. They are known for their restaurants, local shops and quaint downtowns. Area features outdoor activities: hiking trails, skiing and kayaking.

Enjoy an old-fashioned vacation right across the street from the Hudson river. Watch the tides, boats, and barges pass by. Dining, kayaking within walking. Historic Hudson, Olana just 10 min. drive. This is a house to relax, use as a base for other activities. It is not intended as a place to party.. It is a quiet neighborhood. I expect my guests to respect that. There is a weekend special. A peaceful retreat - come watch the hummingbirds from the porch or have your morning coffee looking out upon the lake! The cabin faces west over the lake so it's a wonderful spot to watch the sun set!
