About points that could improve: The house, because it is large and accommodates many people, should have larger pots for preparing food in a larger quantity, in addition to dishes that match the elegance of the house (most of the dishes available were made of plastic material). Despite everything, the host sought to help, getting a few more pots and also a pressure cooker, which has already helped a lot. In addition, it is worth the investment for those who want to rest with their family in a safe and beautiful place.

Perfect stay in Salinas, Pará! Our stay at this house was just fantastic! The house was very nice and clean, with a great location and enough space for everyone. The layout of the rooms was very well thought out – thanks to the glass windows, you could see and communicate from anywhere, which made for a particularly open and cozy atmosphere. Another highlight was the hammock, which was perfect for relaxing and enhanced the feeling of home. My family and I felt very comfortable here and had a wonderful time. Communication with the host was also easy and straightforward. Overall, this house left a very positive impression, and we would love to come back anytime. Highly recommended!

Spacious house, well located, a few meters from Atalaia beach, with capacity to accommodate large groups or families, rooms with double beds, bunk beds, extra mattresses all with air conditioning and fans available. Complete kitchen, with utensils available that makes it easy to prepare meals and also a barbecue to gather the family. A pool table as an additional leisure space and also a refreshing pool. A garage that fits 4 cars. Eduardo was an excellent host, he attended to us whenever we requested it quickly and resolved our doubts. We hope to come back more often! We love the 🏡💕

My family and I live outside of Brazil and I was afraid of the quality and standard of the property to rent in Brazil. It was more than expected. The house is beautiful. Spacious rooms. Large swimming pool. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room. Hot water for the bath (that's what made me choose the property). Close to Atalaia beach (1 minute by car). We had some minor adjustments to be made as the freezer did not work and the house manager sent a technician immediately, another was the air conditioning that stopped cooling (all at the same time and they are new, the phase had fallen) the manager owner Olinda solved the problem immediately by calling an electrician to solve the issue. I loved everything about the place. The owner of the house and her manager are polite, respectful and made me feel at home. I definitely recommend it and I already want to rent it next year for the holidays. Really the best place in Salinas.

The accommodation of Ana Karina is great, well furnished, towels and new sheets, equipped kitchen, the well-family condominium and close to a supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants. Ana Karina was a host who bothered to please us with treats left in the house, including pampering my dog, it's the first time a host has this delicacy of even thinking about our pet. We had a mishap with the door lock, but it was solved in time and it wasn't even a nuisance, I thought it important to report just to say that our problem was solved quickly.
