During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

The detached guest house is located in the rear part of the historic property Hammerschmiede Grafing (built in 1664), located on the Urtel stream. Far away from road traffic, bordering on wide meadows and yet only 1 km to the bustling market square. Supermarket, bakery, organic market - all within walking distance 12 minutes by train from Grafing train station to Munich East train station. And the S-Bahn to Munich from Grafing city. A good place to work, relax, go on trips to the mountains, trade fair...

The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Ob Aktivurlauber, Landliebhaber, Golf-Enthusiasten oder Gipfelstürmer - erlebt bei uns ein einmaliges Loft in einem der ältesten Hofgebäude Bayerns. Ursprünglich in 1866 von italienischen Gastarbeitern erbaut & nun von uns In über drei Jahren liebevoller Handarbeit kernsaniert, haben wir ein stilvolles Hideaway geschaffen, das Moderne und Historie vereint.

Jurtendorf Ding Dong

Liebe Leute, wir haben es geschafft, das erste Jurtendorf in Bayern ist eröffnet - Übernachtet in einer Jurte, die eigentlich drei Einzelne sind. Wir haben sie einfach miteinander verbunden. Somit habt Ihr mit Terasse 100qm. Wir haben in den äußeren Jurten jeweils 4 Betten, somit Platz für 8 Personen. In der mittleren Jurte befindet sich der Aufenthaltsraum der zum chillen einlädt. Kochen könnt ihr entweder direkt am überdachten Feuerplatz oder in der Holzhütte. Dusche und WC im Bauwagen.

Dieses liebevoll eingerichtete Blockhaus mit Balkon bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich nur wünschen kann. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, das Ess- und Wohnzimmer für große Gruppen ausgelegt. Das zentrale Herzstück des Holzhauses ist unser großer Speicherofen, der das Haus im Winter gemütlich warm hält. Das Häuschen befindet sich in der Innlände kurz vor der Grenze zu Österreich. Dadurch habt ihr hier schnellen Zugang zu allen möglichen Bergsportarten und einen tollen Blick!

Welcome to the beautiful and newly equipped apartment in a secluded location with mountain views and an outdoor Jacuzzi. Above the village of Aßling with supermarkets, restaurants, gas station, bakery. To the train station it's a 5 min walk, from there you can take the train to Munich in about 21 min and to Rosenheim in 15 min, further to Salzburg.... (i.e. you can also arrive without a car. If we can arrange it, we will be happy to pick you and your suitcases up from the station).

Due to its location, the apartment offers the perfect starting point for unforgettable excursions to the mountains, Munich or Salzburg or for a relaxing day on the huge balcony terrace with a breathtaking Alpine panorama from the Zuspitze to the Kampenwand!

Welcome to ♡ Bavaria, in the small village of Berbling. The first floor apartment is part of a former farm and can accommodate 4-5 people. For nature and culture lovers, Berbling is in the perfect location. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a small bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a large living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and seating in front of a cozy fireplace. Pets are also welcome as long as the animals behave :-)

Peace, nature and retreat – our charming farmhouse in a secluded location offers you just that. With its own forest, ponds and meadow, it is ideal for couples or families with older children who want to switch off. Enjoy the fireplace, the silence and the view of the countryside. Munich & mountains are only 35 minutes away, shopping in Wolfratshausen. We ask for your understanding: no toddlers or pets.

The small nature room is in the middle of nature on a meadow that also serves as an outlet for some sheep and chickens. The house is fully equipped with bathroom, heating, wood-burning stove and small kitchen. In Herrmannsdorf - a farm with its own agriculture, butcher and bakery - you will find a farm shop with its own products, a restaurant and a beer garden.
