Cosy cottage near the sea

This cosy cottage near the beautiful coastline of Sydfyn - the Woolf's Cottage - is only a few hundred metres from the sea, and the area is surrounded by sea on both sides as well as an ample forest area in which to roam, spotting deer and pheasants. The garden has two terraces with great sun spots, both behind and in front of the house, with lots of trees and little spots to relax. There is also a fireplace and a swing. Cleaning, towels and bedding is not included but can be provided.

Lækkert sommerhus med helt fantastisk beliggenhed nærmest på stranden. Sommerhuset har 2 værelser med dobbeltseng og en komfortabel daybed i stuen. Det ligger på en skøn grund med have og overdækket terrasse med aftensol. Sommerhuset ligger ca. 20 m. fra en lækker badestrand og en lille badebro. Der er under 1 km. til en hyggelig isbutik/grill og 10 min. i bil til indkøbsmuligheder og lidt længere til Haderslev centrum. Nyd en fantastisk ferie ved stranden i dette unikke sommerhus.

It is located in a unique protected area as the only cottage. It is a lovely cottage for those who want to enjoy nature in peace and quiet. You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. If you like paragliding, there are opportunities within 200 m, kite surfing within 500 m. Please notis Electricity must be paid separately, water is included

Skov, strand og gode bakker

Fristed på 96 m2, med kreaturer, hejrekoloni og ræve som nabo. I haven er der lille hyggelig bålplads og shelter med 3-4 sovepladser. Vi ligger tæt ved skov og strandeng, 300 m fra dejlig badestrand, 1 km fra Falsled Havn, og fra det helt unikke spisested Falsled Kro. Vi er placeret lige på kanten af Svanninge Bakker, og området er meget velegnet til friluftsaktiviteter som vandring, løb og cykling. Øhavsstien starter ved Falsled Havn.

Cossy, authentic, non smok summer house with a huge terrace and great ocean view. The house has a nice, light and open kitchen / living room area, bathroom with a shower, 2 rooms with beds for 2 and 3 people. In addition 2 people can sleep in the living room on a comfortable pull out couch. A cosy automatic stove that heats the house even in the cold periods. The key box ensures easy and flexible check in and -outs.
