Vacation rentals with lake access in Asphodel-Norwood

Everything was great. The home was clean, beds really comfortable, well equipped kitchen, nice backyard, room for all of our 3 cars and very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. We had a very nice stay there and would recommend to anyone to reserve this home.

Tanya and Peter were very responsive and their place is so lovely! So peaceful! They really have thought of everything. Thank you very much! Would recommend to couples looking to have a unique place to stay and just have time together.

I frequently stay at Airbnb’s and travel a lot. I would say this is the best host I’ve ever had. Super friendly, super nice, super knowledgeable of the area and gave great suggestions. The home was unique and very nice. I will definitely be going back next time I’m in the area.

Ryan is without a doubt a great host. I had an issue and I contacted him before 9am on a Saturday morning and he responded within minutes. He was always available to help out and is very caring. His home is just beautiful. The pictures I took of the lake reflect the beauty of the place and the cottage is very peaceful and it’s indeed a great place to unplug but don’t worry because there is wifi and the phone reception is very good as well. My family and I really enjoyed our time there. Thank you Ryan for making this an unforgettable trip for us!

Highly recommend Prince’s place! It was exactly as described, was in a great location and was extremely well equipped. Prince was super communicative and checkin/out was quite simple. Great spot for a weekend away!

My family of 5 and 3 dogs enjoyed our stay! It was very relaxing and description was as described and more. Even though the wifi did not work, Elyse was very accommodating and helpful! She remained reliable and available throughout our entire stay. Would definitely recommend this stay to family and friends.

We had a great stay at the cottage in our short time and the host Art was super attentive and friendly. For anyone looking to get away from the busy cities, this place will be the perfect spot to relax and unwind with great views of the lake.

Pam was terrific from the start - she was very responsive and helpful in all of our communication leading up to our stay. She was there to let us in and give us a tour of the space, but then she disappeared and left us to get settled in. The house has some great history and it is a 3 minute walk to the Main Street of a lovely village that is a great central location from which to explore the whole area. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable and the bathroom was large and well equipped. There is a small sitting area that is fine for beginning and end of the day (no TV - which at first was a bit of a surprise, but we actually enjoyed not having that as a default to entertaining ourselves). Pam is an artist (very good) and a lot of her work is displayed in the space which enhances the area. An excellent value, comfortable space, lovely host.

Derek and Doreen were extremely friendly, responsive, and hospitable, everything in the suite and in the backyard was as shown, if not better. They even gave us a gift as we had mentioned our wedding day was the day prior, couldn’t recommend them and this place enough, we would book again in a heart beat, thanks for everything Derek and Doreen!

This is a fantastic place. Saskia and Maarten are very nice. They sent us very clear instructions and recommandations. They also responded quickly to our questions. Everything in the airbnb is thought for you to enjoy and make your life easy. They are very helpful. They also provided an extension for us to plug our electric car. The place is very well located, close to Wellington and the Sandbanks. It is beautiful, next to the lake with a great view. They have lots of space and provide paddle boards, kayaks and canoes with direct access to the lake. It is comfortable and clean. Thank you!

The friendly staff at this apartment were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The room is very clean and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious pizza and chicken wings at Sutha’s Pizza beside the apartment. Sutha and the staff who run this beautiful place really made our stay amazing. They make sure we had incredible time and we are planning to visit and rebook again in a couple of months.

Angie and Julius’s condo was even nicer than expected! Was plenty of space for our family of 4. Very thoughtful hosts who always responded quickly. Highly recommend!

This was absolutely one of our favourite spots we’ve ever stayed at - it’s a little slice of heaven in PEC! The moment you step into the door and see the beautiful natural light and view of the water, you truly feel right at home. The area is lovely and shops and restaurants in Picton are about a 10-minute drive away. Christine is a fabulous and thoughtful host (we were so pleased to have a welcome basket waiting for us!), and has curated an all-around beautiful and special experience for her guests. From the comfortable beds, to the views of the water sitting on the deck to the perfectly relaxing and spacious surroundings - we can’t wait to go back again, we highly recommend it!

Amazing couple of nights spent here whilst passing through the area. There was only 2 of us, so the house was far bigger than we required, yet felt homely and comfortable from the moment we arrived. The view out over Lake Ontario (especially at sunset) left us speechless. Absolutely stunning. We had other plans in other places, so had to leave to stay on our schedule, but both of us could have stayed much longer here relaxing and enjoying the surrounding area. Perfect host, perfect house. Would love to go back one day.

It was great to be back again. The place was wonderful again and we truly appreciate all that Tim & Cindy do to keep the place up and looking nice. We also noticed that there was a new wood stove which was a lot nicer for keeping the place warm at night as we had a couple of chilly nights, so thank you for that upgrade. we really enjoy the place and the location in proximity to the lake. Jessica was wonderful, and her place is absolutely charming—cozy, cute, and beautifully surrounded by nature. Grateful for the experience and would happily book again!

There were only 3 of us so needless to say we had more than enough room. As a result we did not use the apartment over the garage.I really enjoyed the view from the dining area especially the early sunrises. I appreciated all of the utensils and condiments that we had access to. Much more than in other places I have rented. This is an indication of the attention to detail that Warren has. All in all a very enjoyable time.

My family and I had a fantastic time at Benita's place! The decor was beautiful and the view was breathtaking. We can't wait to visit again!

Fantastic stay! Clean, beautiful views, hot tub was amazing and fishing off the dock was pretty good. NOTE: Proximity to road was a bit of a thing for the sound. That being said it didn't diminish our enjoyment of our stay. Thank you again!

We had a perfectly relaxing extended weekend. Spacious, clean and practically everything we needed including a fully supplied kitchen, books to read, games and puzzles to play, and loads of firewood to make the space warm and cozy. Lots of places to sit and relax inside and outside. We enjoyed the view of the lake either on the decks or inside through the large windows. Heidi was very responsive to messages and her instructions were clear and easy to follow. We look forward to coming back in the fall or winter months.
