In just a 13-minute walk you can reach the Ludwigsburg train station, whose trains take you to Stuttgart every 10 minutes. Depending on the train, you need between 10-17 minutes to Stuttgart Central Station. Our guests have the apartment to themselves.

The apartment has a private entrance with free parking for one vehicle directly in front of it. No Smoking. The next bus stop is only a 2-minute walk away. The Ludwigsburg-Süd motorway access is approximately 1 km away, making arrival by car very convenient.

The 1.5 room apartment is very quiet and close to vineyards and nature. Very nice for walks or jogging. Nevertheless, Ludwigsburg can be reached in just a few minutes and Stuttgart can also be reached in 30 minutes.

Oldest house in Marbach - Maisonette apartment

The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.
