FW Gustav-die perfekte Basis für Ihren Harzurlaub

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 1. Etage eines alten Bauernhauses. Der Hof, welcher früher ringsum geschlossen war, wurde entscheidend geprägt von Gustav Neuhoff, dem Großvater der Gastgeberin. Deshalb auch der Name FW Gustav. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit gibt es im 6 km entfernten Derenburg. Heudeber ist ein ruhiges Dorf, das aber durch die nahe A36 schnelle Verbindungen zu den Highlights des Harzes bietet. Wernigerode, Halberstadt, Quedlinburg und Goslar sind in ca. 25 min. erreichbar.

Mitten in der Altstadt von Halberstadt liegt die "ehemalige Farbenfabrik" unterhalb des Domplatzes. Bis März 2025 wurde das denkmalgeschützte Haus mit 4 Ferienwohnungen liebevoll saniert und mit Antiquitäten ausgestattet. Hierbei wurde sehr darauf geachtet alle historischen Details zu erhalten und nachhaltige Materialien zu verwenden. Das Gästehaus ist ein absolutes Schmuckstück. Auf dem nahe gelegenen Parkplatz kann das Auto abgestellt werden, alles wird zu Fuß oder mit Straßenbahn erkundet!

Entspanne dich mit der ganzen Familie in dieser friedlichen Unterkunft. In dieser Wohnung sind die kleinen ganz groß :) Achtung! Besonders geeignet für Gäste bis zu einer Größe von 1,80m. Durch die tief hängenden Holzbalken ist die Wohnung für Gäste über 1,85m wegen Beulen Gefahr nicht so geeignet. Wir sind zwar nicht im Auenland aber im Huy ist es mindestens genauso schön. :)

1-Zimmer-Wohnung im 1.OG eines Fachwerkhauses am Ortseingang von Halberstadt. Die kleine Wohnung hat eine Größe von ca. 34 qm und verfügt über eine eigenes WC mit Dusche, eine Küchenecke , mit Sitzecke und im Wohnbereich über ein Doppelbett (140x200) mit zwei Drehsesseln. Der Zugang erfolgt über eine 120 Jahre alte, doch recht steile Treppe.
