Apartment in part of Skånegård. Open floor plan with two rooms and a private large bathroom. Double bed on the ground floor and three single beds in the sleeping loft. Walking distance to the inland train station. Dogs, cats, and horses are available in the yard. Possibility to bring your own pets. On the farm there is from May through September access to heated pool, mini dish steam, trampoline, ping pong table and mini bar table (These are spaces shared with the host family). A warm welcome to pleasant Ekeby, a small town located in northwestern Skåne. Here, about 3,500 people live in mixed ages, mainly in villas but also in some apartments and farms. In the village there is, among other things, a gas station, a kiosk with street kitchen and a pizzeria. One of Sweden's largest privately owned furniture stores is also located here, with a restaurant serving lunch, sandwiches and cakes. There is a medical center. Grocery store is in the nearby resorts - ICA Billesholm 7 km, Coop Kågeröd 10 km.

Now you have the chance to relax and thrive in a fantastic location just 25 meters from the beach. You get a breathtaking 180 degree view of Öresund, Ven and Denmark. Skåneleden passes outside the window and leads to restaurants, swimming, golf course and Landskrona center. You will be staying in a nice newly renovated room with small kitchen and own bathroom. In the room there is a comfortable double bed as well as, if necessary access to a guest bed for a larger child and a travel cot for a smaller child.

The house is located in a located and culture protected area in central Landskrona. Parking can be done in the area, but not free of charge BUT costs SEK2/hour 24/7. The apartment is situated on the first floor of a two-family house, where the host couple lives in the apartment above. The area is approximately 74 sqm, divided into kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with double bed as well as two living rooms, of which in one is a sofa bed. The farm lush and inviting and offers several seating areas.

Welcome, My name is Frans, a couple of years ago I had a stroke so my speech isn’t a 100% but I understand Dutch, English and Swedish. The living room, bedroom and bathroom have been built inside a garage which is yours as well (there’s plenty of heating). There has been installed a small kitchen which has a stove,toaster,kettle,fridge,microwave and of course your basic utilities.(Theres a crockpot as well). If you need any other kitchen equipment just ask :)
