There is a window air conditioner in the bedroom! Walkway down to lakeshore. 21 and over please. No smoking and no pets! Community gazebos with a fire pit! Laundry facilities.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the front deck. The space offers a stocked kitchenette for light meals, full bathroom with a shower and a large bedroom/living area with an adjustable queen sized bed, internet, smart TV with HDMI cable. (No cable television).

There is a private room with private shower/ bathroom. Guests have access to foyer, entrance area, full kitchen and the back porch off of the kitchen. Guests are allowed to use anything that is in the kitchen and have access to the entire bottom floor of house.
