Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Ashtabula County

was everything described. very clean and in walking distance to a lot of places. was stocked very well. loved the firepits...just curious what all the thousands of bugs are this time of year there. they were everywhere...nasty lil things!! would definately stay here again. thank you for hosting us.

A great, convenient and comfy stay!

With working out of state for 7 months and jumping from hotel to hotel it felt warming and at home walking in Andreas property I highly enjoyed making a coffee and sitting on the porch. This home is full with kitchen utilities, a thanksgiving dinner could be made with all they have to offer. The washer and dryer are in the basement which is really spooky but it’s safe I never experienced anything creepy. Overall I would stay back at Andrea’s property if back in Ashtabula

A wonderful space perfect for a larger group on a trip. Quick access to many restaurants, stores, and local attractions.

Beautiful and peaceful little garage/studio apartment. It’s not really meant for couples. Maybe more for like a single person or 3 single friends. The water comes from a well and has a sulfur smell which is common according to the internet. If you have a sensitive nose I would not recommend staying here. (Water smells like Nair or burnt hair) other than that we loved staying here. Super quite!

You will not regret staying here! Diana’s place was amazing and so charming and clean. Great location close to wineries in the area. Beautiful property. We felt very comfortable and at home here. Very friendly hosts!

We stayed in unit 7. Our stay at Roger’s place was good. We were there for a little under two months. Initially the unit stunk of cigarette smell, but we aired the unit out and used candles to mask it. The dryer didnt work initially, but Roger replaced it very quickly. Any issues were addressed fast by him and he even accommodated us by putting a AC unit in the second bedroom (we didnt know there wasnt one there). The unit itself is old, with old appliances (washer and dryer are new), but everything was functional and we had no issues during our stay (other than what was mentioned). The utensils were a bit sparse, but i brought my own pans, dishes, utensils, and containers. Fridge/freezer were clean, medium sized and fully functional. Bathroom was clean too with enough towels for me and my buddy. Neighbors were nice, and it was very quiet and peaceful. I’d recommend staying here if you want to save some money, while also knowing the host has good intentions to make sure youre okay

Ken was proactive and clear with his instructions on how to get in. Nice place to stay near where we needed to go. Near a main route so occasionally traffic noise could be heard but it didn’t bother us. Had everything we needed for our stay!

Amy was flexible and communicative. The house was spotlessly clean and absolutely beautiful!! The hosts have thought of every detail. The outside space was the perfect bonus! Would highly recommend and will be back!!

Lisa’s cottage was immaculate, clean from top to bottom and smelled amazing! Bed sheets, blankets, bath towels smelled so good! Additionally she had many amenities for us. Check in and check out instructions were easy and Lisa’s communication before, during and after were fantastic. The cottage was very welcoming and cozy. It was perfect for a “girls mother-daughter weekend”. We felt so “at home”. I will be returning in the fall and any other time I plan to travel in the GOTL location.

We absolutely loved staying here. Valerie was great and very helpful. It was peaceful and right on the river. We enjoyed many of the local wineries which were close by. I highly recommend this opportunity if you get it!

Great house. Had everything we needed. Was within walking distance to really great restaurants in downtown Ashtabula. Also good location to visit wineries & covered bridges. Alexa was responsive and the place was clean & well stocked.

The house was exactly as described, in a quiet location, within walking distance to Lake Erie and a few restaurants (check out Sparky's Place for dinner). We appreciated the little touches; labels on the cabinets, board games, small snacks on the table. The house felt like home. We would absolutely stay again if in the area!

We stayed here last year and loved it so much that we booked again for this year. It is close to the beach and some very good restaurants. We especially appreciate the private backyard with the fire table for evening relaxation and the garage has ping pong and a pool table as well. Great place for our family to enjoy time together!

This is our second stay at one of Samantha’s homes. Both of her listings are beautifully decorated, comfortable and extremely well equipped, especially the kitchen. We love the location; so easy to stroll to Walnut Beach and Bridge Street. Samantha is super responsive and an all around great host. Highly recommend!

The Lake Erie Vista Condo was quiet, clean, and had the listed amenities. The view was beautiful, and the outdoor amenities of a grill, beach chairs, and fire pit allowed us to further enjoy our surroundings. The drive to the strip, local wineries, and covered bridges is brief. Debbie is a great host as she clearly communicates, is accommodating, and responds quickly to any questions you might have.

This place was amazing! The view is perfect, everything is exactly as pictured. The communication from the owner was quick and efficient every time. They had everything you could possibly need. Plenty of super soft towels and washcloths, comfy bed, everything we could need for the kitchen. The smart tv and the shower were wonderful. We had a relaxing getaway and would highly recommend this condo to anyone.

We stayed at Michael’s condo for 4 days. It was just as described on the website. It is a nice, older complex but the condo itself has had renovations. The complex is right on Lake Erie with a beach front. We were unable to use the beach due to weather but it is a lovely setting. Nice balcony with lake view. There is a convenience store & restaurant right across the street. There is a park just down the street. Geneva on the Lake strip is close by & we saw many using golf carts which are available for rental close by. The condo is well stocked, with extra linens. Kitchen looks well stocked though we didn’t cook. Everything was in working order. Comfortable bed & plenty of closet space. We would stay there again if in the area. Michael was very responsive to any inquiries. We had no problems at all while there.

We were celebrating my wife’s birthday. She loves Lake Erie so I was looking for a place close to the lake. You can’t get much closer to the Lake than this place. We really enjoyed our stay.

Debbie was very responsive and when our Keurig stopped working she made sure we had a replacement 10 minutes after messaging her - well before morning coffee! Very clean and well-equipped. Only concerning issue was the fact that the bedrooms are interior rooms with no windows or fire egress. This is no way is a reflection on our host but a big thumbs down to the local building codes that allowed this building to be built like this as it appears all units are like this. With that being said I would have a hard time returning to this building out of safety concerns. Again, the unit was super clean and well equipped. Excellent host!

The condo was even better than the pictures. Super roomy and very well stocked. It was close to walk to the strip, but far enough away to be calm and quiet. And just a few miles to countless wineries. A great getaway for our girls weekend!

Michael was a great host and his place will be our new home away from home. It is the perfect getaway in every way imaginable. An amazing view of the lake!! We absolutely loved it and can’t wait until our next trip to Michael’s condo and GOTL.
