Had an amazing stay in St Leonards and the flat was lovely, with views of the ocean and only a 5 minute walk to nearby stores and restaurants. Highly recommend!!

Staying at this beautiful Grade II listed Manor House was truly a memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our lovely host — Jo’s hospitality and warmth made our visit feel like staying with family. The Manor House itself is absolutely stunning — full of character, history, and timeless charm. Each room tells a story, and the period features have been lovingly preserved. Yet, despite the historic setting, all the comforts we needed were provided. The bed was cozy, the surroundings peaceful, and the gardens were a delight to stroll through. What made this stay truly special was our host. Her stories about the house’s history, the village, and her life were fascinating and added such depth to the whole experience. She was incredibly thoughtful, always checking to ensure we had everything we needed — without ever being intrusive. If you're looking for a truly authentic and heartwarming stay in the English countryside, this is it.

We just had a 3 night stay at this beautiful apartment. Well, what can I say, all round amazing! The apartment is superb, the location is superb and the hosts (Nathalie) totally amazing! From the moment I booked the accommodation to the time we left the facility, Nathalie was there making sure everything goes as planned. Thank you for making our trip a wonderful experience! We will definatly be coming back to you guys. The accommodation & its facilities are amazing. Right on the beach with beautiful sea views from all the rooms,. The location is superb too, literally a few minutes walk to all the key sights, bars, restaurants, shops and entertainment. Don’t need a car at all! The Ramsgate main sands, right outside of your door, with a long stretch of beach which has golden sand. During low tide, you can walk for miles. The flat feels brand new, it has all the mod cons & so clean. The hosts have even thought of all the small touches such as tea, coffee etc. Totally amazing!

A nice little place where we could spend a month between house moves. John was helpful, and met us at the location. The flat was clean, and everything was as described. The flat is in a relatively secluded place as expected, but there was a bit more traffic noise than expected, as it is right on the corner of a crossroads.

From the onset communication with Wendy was brilliant. Clear check in instructions , really helpful tips of local eateries . We were really happy with the quality of apartment , it really was a home from home with high end appliances, good quality crockery , coffee machine , washing machine , etc. this apartment literally has everything you need , we packed things we just didn’t need because the apartment had it! The views are really nice overlooking the beach. Biscuits and milk left for a welcomed cuppa on arrival. Everything was also super clean . Would highly recommend .

This was our third time staying at Heidi's place - we love it! And the little touches that Heidi leaves make it even more special - after a long drive, getting in with our dog, to find a bowl of water already out waiting for him makes a huge difference! Highly recommend, and we will definitely be back!

We had a lovely time here. I grew up coming here every summer, easter and Christmas to visit my grandparents. We love coming to visit and this apartment was perfect, close to the seafront and town. The place was lovely, spacious and tidy with everything you need for a couple of days. Thank you for having us!

Very comfortable and well equipt. A bit small but more than adequate. Off road parking a big bonus. We came to see Beachy Head and the Seven Sisters and wasnt disappointed, but thought Eastbourne a bit rundown, but went to some of the surrounding towns, such as Pevensey and Lewes, which were outstanding, so Eastbourne is a good choice. Thanks very much Roma for being such an outstanding host.

A beautiful home in a beautiful location. We had a great stay for a family holiday and loved it. Comfortable rooms and well equipped Airbnb. Only downside was part of the oven not working, but the host was very responsive when we had any problems. Thank you for a lovely weekend away.

We had a lovely four night stay with our kids. The gardens were very special and we especially enjoyed the outside BBQ and dining space. The house is in a wonderful setting - very peaceful and right next to the train station to Rye and Hastings (ideal if you don't love country roads).

Great cottage with private parking, which is very rare and Canterbury. It was a lovely well appointed place to stay and easy to walk to everything. The host was very responsive and very helpful with recommendations of things to do. I would highly recommend this cottage and this host. We truly appreciated the handwritten welcome card and the lovely cookies they left for us.

The house is stunning, the layout is perfect and was spotless. Level 1 kitchen/lounge/outdoor balcony. Level 2 bedrooms. Level 3 attic room with chairs, binoculars and great views (each level has great views!) We were a group of 4 although if 8, the size and layout would have allowed us to have our own space. The bedrooms, 2 with en-suites, a large family bathroom and all with sea views. Watching sunrise over the ocean and the dawn morning bird chorus transported me to tropical holiday vibes. The house overlooks gardens, bluebells and iris were in bloom. Down the house steps and after about 50 metres you are on the sea wall/beach. Jo and Andrew have been great hosts, great communication prior to our trip and provided a welcome pack of really useful local information, thank you for the snacks and wine. Relaxing on the balcony, watching the ocean and world go by was the perfect way to start the trip. If I ever return to Hastings, first stop would be to try and rebook this AirBNB

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - location suitable for our dog as very peaceful rural setting. The kitchen was also well stocked and the lounge comfortable. Also ideally situated to visit local National Trust properties in this part of Kent - information regarding local pubs shops etc very helpful - we would consider returning .

Gareth's Airbnb was absolutely perfect. He was super accommodating and it's truly the perfect spot for a getaway and to catch up with old friends. Highly recommend to others and would (will hopefully!) stay there again. Thank you!

Had a lovely short stay at Rachel’s apartment. Everything was as described and looked exactly like the pictures. Little nice touches such as Easter eggs for my daughter and milk in the fridge was greatly appreciated. The flat is a short walk from the Sevenoaks town centre, which is very convenient. The area is quiet, green and leafy and perfect for exploring the surrounding region. I recommend!

Is a lovely flat for getting around Medway. perfect location for shopping at dockside or popping to the nearby restaurants. stocked tea and coffee which we appreciated.

We absolutely loved our stay here over a long weekend! The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable, with beautiful views to wake up to. Diana was a wonderful host - warm, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. No request was too big or too small, and she welcomed us like we were part of her family. Really great option for our family when visiting friends nearby. A modern apartment in a convenient location. Easy to drive to from the A2 and also walking distance to the centre of Sittingbourne. Despite the central location, it was very peaceful. Appreciated that the host had left us fans for all the rooms, as was the hottest day of the year! Dorjah was friendly in his communications and understanding when my son broke something. We’ll definitely be back next time we go to Kent.

We were greeted by Phil and Jenny who made us very welcome and they went through a few things with us. The accommodation was first class with a view outstanding. I really enjoyed my stay at Tara's flat. Exactly as described, with everything you need for your stay, the flat was very clean and well maintained. Easily walkable into the city centre, and handy for the wider Kent area too. Would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay at this very nice apartment. Rebecca was very responsive and friendly. Great location to explore Folkestone with its many wonderful restaurants - with lots offering many Gluten Free options. The complimentary items were much appreciated.
