The Cartlodge is a converted timber framed Suffolk Cartlodge situated within the quiet and picturesque countryside of rural Suffolk. Approached by a long private driveway and surrounded by open fields, access to the accommodation is via the external staircase. Donkeys Rosie and Mollie and the sheep roam peacefully in the adjoining meadows. The Cartlodge makes an ideal base for exploring the countryside with the market town of Woodbrige and and the popular Sutton Hoo site just 10 miles away.

Juniper pod is set in the heart of the gorgeous Suffolk countryside on a small farm. We made the pods ourselves from scratch so we really know them inside and out. It gave us the opportunity to make them exactly how we wanted them. They are all finished to a high standard and finished off with colourful soft furnishings and luxury bed linen to give each guest a fabulous night's sleep. The Coach House is a new conversion of an old outbuilding which has had a variety of uses from stabling and garaging to workshops and storage. It has been lovingly converted to create a modern comfortable light and airy open-plan living space whilst retaining some of it's old features and character. Located in the Suffolk countryside, it is surrounded by farmland with opportunities for walking and cycling and lots of lovely towns and villages to visit in the area.

Woodpecker Self Catering Holiday Lodge

Squirrel and Woodpecker are two self catering purpose built holiday lodges set in 4 acres of private ground (if Woodpecker isn't available, please check Squirrel). Each lodge will sleep a maximum of 2 guests using a double bed. Each lodge has it's own private patio/alfresco dining area and allocated parking space. Situated a few miles outside of the town of Ipswich in the rural village of Coddenham it's the ideal venue for a well earned holiday/break.
