The accommodation is in Uptown in Cairo. A beautiful compound, which is protected by security, quietly located and you can also walk there and use the pools. The apartment is extremely spacious and really beautiful. The kitchen could be better equipped, but otherwise there's really nothing to complain about. I would book again anytime.

From the time of booking, the housekeeper took the initiative to contact me, informing me of all the details, and was very welcoming.The location of the house is easy to find and the check-in process is smooth.The room is exactly as pictured, really beautiful, the view of the pyramid is amazing! Their service was really impeccable - not only did they help me wash my clothes for free, but they also helped me order food from the restaurant next door and even helped me call to order wine.Later, I found that there was no bottle opener, and they immediately sent it over. They were really thoughtful. The only regret is that the air conditioner leaked the next morning and my computer on the table got wet.They kept apologizing and actively helped to resolve the issue.Today I went to fix the computer, although the hard disk got wet, but fortunately the data was saved.No one wants this to happen, but I was touched by their sincere attitude and willingness to take responsibility. Overall, apart from this little accident, the rest of the experience was perfect.I'm still willing to give this listing a good review because their service is really warm.I hope the host can repair the air conditioner as soon as possible, and also remind other guests to pay attention when checking in, to avoid putting important items on that table.
