There is also a short distance to the idyllic seaside town of Drøbak. The apartment has free parking in the basement, with electric car charger (type 2) included. Studio apartment in a brand new house! Perfect location centrally in Ås. The house is located right next to a bus stop with frequent departures to both Ski and Drøbak. Short distance to the train station in Ås that takes you to Oslo in just over a quarter of an hour! Short distance to the University of Ås - NMBU. The house is located in a cul-de-sac with little traffic, and the forest edge with fantastic hiking opportunities as the closest neighbor. Here you can enjoy a wonderful night and be ready for the world the next day!

Bring your family, friends, or workers to this spacious basement apartment. Where to access 3 bedrooms, small , medium, large bedroom with a double bed. Tea kitchen with cook and fridge options. Apt. has a simple but decent standard, if you are looking for affordable option and are passing through this one will be an excellent fit. The apartment is in a big house which is also often rented out to guests. *Some noise from the road must be considered, but mostly during rush hour. Bathroom has a shower, washing machine and dryer.

Simple and peaceful accommodation, which is centrally located. The apartment is older but partly renovated. Warm and cozy. It is located inside a farmyard. It is possible to greet our great bulls, (Scottish Highland Fair) by appointment. The apartment is 6.3 km from Ski Center and 4.1 km to Tusenfryd. Train from Ski to Oslo takes about 15 minutes. Car approx. 20 min. Drøbak center about 13 km away. Breivoll beach is about 7 minutes by car, lovely beaches or stroll along the coastal path.

Breivoll beach 12 minutes by car.

Hjemmekoselig ettroms leilighet med beligenhet nær NMBU. 20 min gangavstand til togstasjonen som ligger to stopp unna Oslo S 8 min på sykkel til togstasjonen. Sykkel kan lånes på forespørsel 5 min gangavstand til busstopp som tar deg til Drøbak/Ski Leiligheten ligger inntil åkeren og har uteplass som han brukes på sommerstid. Når snøen legger seg på vinterstid blir det laget skiløyper her. Det er mange fine turmuligheter i området hele året.

Kick back and relax in this calm, modern studio close to the woods and a panoramic view of the charming city of Ås. Our home has a unique location as it’s just 2 mins to the forest; 2 mins to the bus that leaves every 10mins to Ås station, Ski Station, NMBU, Drobak etc and a 12 min walk to the Ås station from where the train takes 19mins to Oslo Central station. Strictly non-smoking.
