The accommodation was simply great – stylishly furnished, with a lot of attention to detail, and everything you could ask for was available. The place itself is a dream for nature lovers: absolute tranquility, beautiful landscapes and great hiking trails nearby. Whether in pouring rain or sunshine – with the right clothing, you can enjoy nature to the fullest. Afterwards, you can warm up wonderfully by the crackling fire. A special highlight for us was the hot pod – a cozy, heated bathtub with fantastic views of nature. Pure relaxation! Especially in the evening under the open sky, this is an unforgettable experience. Oslo is also easily accessible by car, and even the drive there is a real highlight. Ole was an excellent host – uncomplicated, very helpful and responds quickly. We even had the opportunity to meet him spontaneously. He then gave us great tips. Thank you Ole!

Spent New Year here, fantastic views, very comfortable accomodation, well equipped if you chose to self cater, would recommend.

From the start, we were very well received. Tomasz was ready to greet us when we arrived, so we were in really safe hands. He just reviewed the amenities with us and everything was really nice! We had an absolutely perfect stay at Tomasz's place and our trip couldn't have been better! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful place, well maintained and equipped. Conveniently 10-15min drive to all the town services but in the middle of nature, right by the water. We stayed for six nights with our 10 month old baby and would happily return!

Very nice cabin, perfect for a larger group. It would have been nice to have another bathroom, but with a little planning, 15 people and 1 bathroom worked out fine.

Literally heaven on earth, I couldn’t recommend this place more. Svein and his family were so beautiful and kind. I felt so safe and peaceful there. I will definitely be back. 100/10 loved everything about my stay xx

linda is an incredibly kind host. she has been very responsive and her kindness shows and radiates in how well she takes care of her cabin. the cabin was absolutely wonderful. from the beautiful surroundings to how well it is furnished and designed. the area is very quiet but still accessible from oslo. if you want an escape in peace and in nature, i 100% recommend it! on our side, we will for sure be coming back.

We had an amazing experience at the summer cabin in Hvitsten! The cabin is absolutely beautiful, in a perfect location that gave us peace and beautiful views. We, including our small family and dog, enjoyed ourselves for 4 nights and could not have been happier. The host was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to our inquiries. When we experienced some challenges with wifi, it was sorted out right away, which we really appreciated. All in all a delightful stay and we are already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended!

This place exceeded my expectations. Photos cannot capture the beauty and coziness I found there because it’s more than what can be seen with the eyes. Norway is a magical and amazing country. Combined with this house, it became a dream destination for me, one I dream of returning to again and again. The house is not only clean, beautiful, warm, and cozy, but it also has a wonderful, homely feel, with the pleasant scent of wood. Even the fact that my suitcase didn't arrive with me couldn't spoil the experience because all the basic necessities were provided in the house. The fjord for swimming is right in front of the house. The surrounding area is incredibly beautiful. It's only 45 minutes to Oslo. Kamila was always available and responded immediately. We will definitely come back!

Had 3 nights at this cozy cabin. Very well suited for 1 adult with 2 children and dog. We had what we needed for cooking and barbecuing. Cozy patio with morning sun and large lawn. The area is incredibly idyllic and the hosting was friendly and welcoming We gladly came back!

We were immediately impressed by the charm of the summer idyll. On the car-free island, with great views and close to a swimming area with beautiful bedrooms and a bright living room, you can immediately feel comfortable and enjoy a relaxing vacation. A real gem!

I didn't meet Tor in Person, but he was always very quick to respond and proactively asking if all is good. The cabin is amazing. Very cozy, very quiet. Just perfect to find a quiet place to relax. All in all really great experience. Absolutely recommended 🥰

We absolutely loved our five days in Maj-Britt’s beautiful cottage by the sea! The view over the Oslo Sound is spectacular and the cabin is tastefully furnished, has a fully equipped kitchen and a new bathroom. One can tell that it is a private home as nothing is missing and everything has been chosen with love and care. The decks are wonderful and the garden is lovingly tended for. It is only a ten-minute walk down to a little harbour and beautiful bathing spot used by the locals. We also loved the easy transfer by bus and ferry to Oslo so that you can leave your car by the house. It takes less than one hour and the ferry ride is an experience in itself. Oslo is a very affluent attractive city and very safe so that our two daughters enjoyed some individual sightseeing on their own. Apart from the great museums the city‘s new library is also a must-see right next to the opera. Thank you, Maj-Britt, for your charming, comfortable and super-clean house! We‘ll definitely be back!!!

Wonderful place, brilliant location and views. Easy to book and communicate.

Halvor's cabin is really very nicely located on an ingrown slope above the Oslofjord. The hut is lovingly maintained and in good shape. In the evening sun we enjoyed the beautiful view of the fjord and then turned on a cozy fire in the fireplace. Oslo is about 35 minutes, really not too far for a day trip. We highly recommend the place and Halvor as a host !

Otto has a great house, authentic Norwegian, in a top location. Fantastic view, wonderfully quiet. If you have difficulty walking, this place is not advisable, you walk up a rock path from the pier. However, we didn't mind. From Nesodden, you can take the ferry in Oslo in no time. Family with 4 adolescents.
