The Ty Bout Gîte is a comfortable space completely renovated in 2024 and furnished in a stone house. La Vilaine is less than 700 m away (hiking/kayaking), the sea (Billiers) is 10 minutes away and Pénestin is 15 minutes away. The cottage has two bedrooms upstairs, a bathroom and a large living area (fully equipped kitchen & living room) on the ground floor. Outside, small green space, courtyard with picnic table, lounge, darts, barbecue and ping pong table! Looking forward to hosting you ;)

Rental from Saturday to Saturday in the summer. Come and discover the cocooning house, 10 km from the beaches of Billiers, sleeping 2 adults, 2 children . Former plastic arts workshop transformed into a holiday home, it is located in the countryside and bordering Vilaine, on the banks of the GR34. A garden area, with swing and cabin will please your children. Minimum 3 night rental on the big WE(Easter, May 1st and 8th, Pentecost), Ascension 4 nights min Wood stove heating in the winter.

Beaches on foot or by bike in Penestin, 30 km from La Baule / Saint-Nazaire, 15 km from La Roche-Bernard 35 m2 cottage, quiet, 2 steps from a pleasant town center where you will find: restaurants, fishmonger, rotisserie, bakery, tea room, etc... Pénestin is 25 km of coastline, tourist or wild beach, shore fishing, board sports, bike or walking on coastal paths. On the port of Tréhiguier you can taste Bouchot mussels: local specialty.

Cottage next to our house

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

We welcome you in a small house of 40 m2 in front of ours (separated by a terrace of 8 to 10 m). You will stay in a large room comfortably furnished, overlooking a terrace at your disposal (we do not use it when you are present, excluding cleaning/watering), with sleeping on mezzanine. Shower room, sink and separate toilet. The electric heater is completed by a wood stove (wood provided) .

Relax in this quiet, stylish and functional space. Guests will enjoy its pleasant garden and south-facing terrace. Located near Arzal Dam with its pretty sailboats. Close to the beaches of Pénestin, the Gulf of Morbihan, the Guérandaise peninsula. Lots of discoveries and activities will be offered to you. No wifi.

The house, located on a 1.1 hectare property, is located 1.5 km from the nearest beach, 2.5 km from a nautical base and village of Baden with its shops, golf and riding center. The pier for Île-aux-Moines is very close and new hiking or biking nearby.
