Vacation rentals with a patio in Arzachena

We wanted somewhere close to Olbia Airport and then to travel to the north and this was a great location. Her apartment was immaculate with the lovely touch of a bottle of local wine and biscuits left for our arrival. The weekend we arrived there was the world rally championship in Olbia making it very busy, but Eleni’s dad saved a parking spot for us for which we were enormously grateful. The terrace area was perfect, lots of lovely touches in the apartment. Overall a great place to stay.

Great place with beach access!

Daniele was a very responsive and helpful host! Location was great with an easy walk to the port and town. On a busier street but cute patio looking out on the water! House was very clean but it is warm in the summer with no AC. Would stay again!

Had a brilliant stay! The place was modern, clean and fully equipped with everything you would need. It was right next to a small beach and a few others within walking distance. The main town and nightlife were about 20 mins away by walking, but didn’t feel long due to the beautiful surroundings. Would definitely come back!

The apartment is just outside the city but everything is within walking distance, especially the supermarket around the corner is very convenient. Marilia is a great host who responds quickly and has many tips for the area. The apartment is magnificent: very clean, spacious, well-equipped kitchen and a very large balcony. It was a great stay, we would come back immediately! Thank you 😊

We had a great stay at Fillipos apartment! Here there is a good standard and plenty of room, it was clean and very nice. Lovely with two balconies, and a very nice outdoor area with a pool - and a good playground for our children. The location is great! Within walking distance to the beach, city center and grocery store, among other things. I would book again ☺️

Great vacation home. We had a great week with 4 adults and 4 children. The house is well equipped and, despite the proximity to the airport, is rural but with good connections in all directions.

We are a family with two little children and we had a very nice time at Marcos place. The garden is paradise and the accommodation is very tastefully decorated. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. We were the only ones there in early May. Sara, who welcomed us on site, is very warm, friendly and helpful. Marco is also easily accessible and helpful. We will definitely be happy to come back! Tutto perfetto!

We loved our stay at Mirella’s place! The house is spacious and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout. We traveled by car around Sardinia, and the location was easy to reach. Set on a hilltop, the home offers stunning sunsets, peaceful bird songs, and a perfect setting to reconnect with nature.

Beautiful location, modern home, close to the airport, prompt and helpful communication (allowed us to check out a bit later so I could take a work call). Couldn’t recommend more

A beautiful and peaceful spot with an incredible view. You will need a car to go into the main town and buy groceries but there is a lovely coastal walk with some nice beaches close by. Maria was a very helpful and responsive.

The host is friendly and hospitable, the location of the B&B is close to the beach, and there are supermarkets and good restaurants nearby, great value for money!

The house is perfect. It is equipped with everything you need. Everything is there, including the washing machine. We were four adults and it was just right with the two bathrooms. In the living area, there is a couch on which two people could possibly sleep. The pool is a saltwater pool, which we were really excited about. The pool/terrace has a great location, always sunny, and you can comfortably enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine from here. There are plenty of loungers and seating. I would like to express a very special thank you to the hosts Carlo and his wife Anna for the very nice contact and the welcome. We will be happy to come back.

We have just had a fantastic week at this villa. Really beautiful place and the photos don’t do it justice. Views were amazing and the pool was extremely nice. I have to also mention that the host CInzia was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. She even helped us get a great price for a boat for the day plus taxis each way. This was a fantastic day out. The owners recommendations were spot on for restaurants. Highly recommend. If you are considering this place just book it. You won’t be disappointed.

Well-equipped apartment with a washing machine and even a vacuum cleaner. The complex is not very pretty to look at, but the apartment inside is great! Beautifully designed and super clean. But you definitely need a car to explore the area. The nearest beach is a few minutes away by car.

Maddalena’s place was absolutely perfect!! The house is beautiful, perfectly cleaned, modern, and the host was so kind. Present at check in, dropped off pastries, answered messages within minutes of we had any questions. The location is perfect too - walkable to amazing restaurants (we really like Retro), grocery, a bar.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was beautiful, very clean, and well-equipped. The host was extremely kind and helpful, making us feel welcome. Parking was easy and free, we always found a spot on the street right in front of the house. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and it takes only about 5 minutes by car to reach the city center. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Everything was great, beautiful conservatory and terrace, tennis court and pool were also perfect. Tennis rackets and tennis balls were also available in the apartment. With the resident parking permit provided, we were able to save money parking at the beaches. When the air conditioning and oven were on at the same time, the main fuse went out. But we were quickly helped where to find the switch. The wifi router once did not have internet, upon request Antonella contacted the provider and the problem was resolved in 5 minutes. So 5/5 stars for everything.

Apartment equipped with everything you need, like staying at home (washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, all kinds of cutlery, pans, bowls, etc.). Close to the market and the sea, very quiet area. A nice well-kept garden with plants and flowers, with deck chairs and barbecue. Very kind host, available and responsive to any doubt. i definitely recommend it.
