Luxury apartment with unbeatable views.

Our stunning 2-bedroom, ground floor apartment is located right in the heart of Lauterbrunnen. The sunny terrace offers unique views of both the famous Staubbach Waterfall and the valley itself. In summer enjoy the countless hiking trails; in winter we are perfectly placed in-between the ski areas of Murren-Schilthorn AND Wengen-Grindelwald. We've lived here since the apartment was built in 2012 and we love it; but now we are travelling, so we hope you enjoy your time here as much as we do.

Our apartment is named Truemmelbach. It is located in the Lauterbrunnen valley, just next to the highest waterfalls of the Alps. Lauterbrunnen is part of the jungfrau region. It is surrounded by the famous mountains called Jungfrau, Eiger and Schilthorn. You will stay in the ground floor of a 3 floor Swiss Chalet. From the huge private terrace, facing the south, you can enjoy the most spectacular view to the Swiss mountains and you will hear nothing but cowbells, sheeps & singing birds.

Guests will have their own accommodation on the second floor of a 3-family house in the typical Bernese chalet style. The apartment was renovated in 2022 and provides a new kitchen with dishwasher, a modern bathroom, floor heating and a sleeping and living area. A free parking lot and WLAN are also available to our guests. It can accomodate 2 people, on request even up to 4.

Our 35 square meter studio is in the most beautiful, as well as quiet and relaxed location, 12 minutes on foot or 4 minutes by car from Grindelwald train station. The apartment is 10 walking minutes from the train station in Lauterbrunnen and has a great view to the mountains and the Staubbach Falls. Downfloor 1 bedroom apartment ( 40 m2): living room with sofabed, kitchen, very small and old bathroom, terasse with view to the falls, all for private use! Notice that the apartment is opposite the lively Hornerpub, the only and best bar in the valley and loud church bells at the other side.
