I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The property was exceptionally clean — spotless from top to bottom. It’s clear the hosts take a lot of pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, which made the space feel very comfortable and welcoming. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a tidy and relaxing stay!

Great downtown location! Nice big space with comfortable sleeping. Good couch and TV set up with strong WiFi for streaming or remote work. Highly recommend!

Nice apartment

I can’t recommend this place enough! The location was ideal, with easy access to restaurants and the Masai Market, yet still peaceful and quiet for a relaxing stay. Our host, Samwell, was exceptional—responsive, welcoming, and eager to ensure we had the best experience. Samwell provided great local recommendations and made check-in seamless. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. Five stars all around!

BOOK THIS! We LOVED our stay. Ndani House made us feel like we were in a safe haven/garden at all times. The place itself was better than the photos, we had the pool all to ourselves each time which we were curious about, the team was SO kind and helpful. Jerome helped get us food from a local shop, went with us at night when we wanted to get something and he didn’t want us going alone, washed our car daily, and the rest of the staff was also extremely helpful. Sable square is about 10 minutes away and has tons of shops! Our fave was artisan coffee and we were able to get anything delivered as need be. If you’re looking for a gorgeous, safe and restful space you need to book. Can’t wait to go back !!

Great stay!

While we were there we had power issues for most of the time we were there. Despite the inconvenience they tried their best to accommodate. Also they said they would reimburse us for the inconvenience. Little hard to find but nice quiet place and the children really loved the pool . The owner is very responsive and communicates well .

Peaceful & Thoughtful Stay Loved my time at Isala Oasis — super cozy, beautifully designed, and felt instantly at ease. Hosts were kind and helpful. Fresh veggies were a nice touch. Will definitely return!

To the Kenyans travelers especially- this place has 4 stand alone two bedrooms houses that can accommodate a big group with enough parking for min 8 cars. Its a km or two from the Arusha bypass road and just 300m or so from tarmac. The host is the friendliest i have encountered so far. I would highly recommend.

Elizabeth was always responsive. When we checked in, her husband introduced himself and assured us if we needed anything he was just a call away. positives of the place * Very clean place. There was a cleaning lady who came everyday to ensure everything was spink and span. * There is a Bar outside the house, in the same compound which was very convinent for us to us. * There was a BBQ area, which could be used upon request. * The staff ( cleaner and the watchman) were very friendly. * We were able to cook meals, it was self contained, the beds were clean, always access to hot water. * All 4 bedrooms had a full washroom ( shower and toilet). * Beds were clean and toilets were clean, and the sitting room was very comfortable. * Access to wifi in the house, we could sign into Netflix. Disadvantages * It was a little dimmer in the house at night.

Awesome stay. Loved the trampoline and variety of rooms. Was perfect for a family stay. Shame that the views didn’t come out it was too cloudy to see Meru when we stayed

It was a lovely experience staying here. The place was tranquil and quiet. Although I wasn’t well, it was really wholesome to see that there were fresh fruits left for us to have. The house was pristine and located in a truly quiet and magnificent woodland area. Worth it for sure. We also planted a strawberry and papaya tree and that was a memorable experience. :) highly recommended.

I recently had the pleasure to stay at OYA Guest House with my husband and our two children, and I must say it was the best place we stayed during our trip to Tanzania, both in terms of service and facilities. The guest house boasts a modern, minimalist design that stands out from other accommodations. The rooms were comfortable, well-equipped with all the essentials, and impeccably clean. The garden area is truly a highlight—a perfect spot to relax and unwind amidst stunning vegetation. We particularly enjoyed our evenings around the fire pit with a glass of wine; it was absolutely magical! The staff at OYA Guest House went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was perfect. A special thank you to Jackline, who was absolutely wonderful! It’s clear that the team genuinely cares about their guests and is dedicated to creating a memorable and enjoyable experience. In conclusion, OYA Guest House is a hidden gem that I cannot recommand more!!

Leah’s place was great. Clean and safe . I stayed 1 night here. Leah was very responsive. I arrived after midnight and she still answered her phone when I arrived . I would stay here again
