Wake up to the view of the dining room of a herd of horses that live in freedom, 2 pigs who make their bed every night in front of the window and sometimes a sheep walks by. The Waddendijk is within walking distance (1.5 km) and in the village (1 km) is the renowned Pizzeria Pingjum. Studio Pekelvisch consists of a simple space on the ground floor and a sleeping loft above. Compact, tough furnished with lots of old building materials. Don't expect lavish luxury, but authenticity, charm and soothing tranquility.

What a lovely cottage! The beautiful decor and the large windows bring nature inside. The area is beautiful. Joshua responds super quickly and was pleasant to communicate with. We'd love to come back.

This tastefully renovated and well-equipped house offers everything you need for a vacation in Friesland. Our family of 5 had enough space. You just feel comfortable here, just have to know that the house is a bit outside of Pingjum. The contact with Matthijs was super friendly and direct. Overall, we highly recommend a stay.

Lovely spacious house with a lot of wood finish, nicely decorated with beautiful things and warm colors. Froukje is a top hostess who gave us a warm welcome and immediately offered an extra bike when she discovered that we only had 2 bikes with us while there were 3 of us. We had nice weather, so nice outside in the sun in our private garden.

We spent four wonderful days in the beautiful house. Everything was thought of and we didn't miss anything. We were there with our parents and children and used the accommodation as a starting point for excursions in the area. Unfortunately, the weather did not allow us to use the beautiful terrace.
