Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Artemida

Marina is the perfect host, very helpful, good recommendations for finding a place to eat, a supermarket and public transport. Always reacted quickly, very friendly and supportive. The place is perfect for one person, clean, air condition working, huge balcony with nice view over the city, very quiet on a Sunday morning ;-), places to visit close by, e.g. 10 min walking distance to Athen Archaeological Museum. I can recommend this place and especially the host, definitely will come back next time I'm in Athens!

Great stay, would recommend to others. I dropped a star on check in only because a key hand-off was required, versus a key code; I think we waited five minutes or so for the person to show up with the keys so not a huge deal. Location is great - very central to key sights and in a great neighborhood for food and shopping. Dropped one star on location only because the block that the house is on looks a little tired, but it did not adversely affect our stay; really a judgement of aesthetics. Place has THREE air conditioners and they all worked great - very important in hot Athens. WiFi worked great. Place was quiet so no problems sleeping or sleeping in late. Apartment very comfortable, with couch seating, chairs, table, etc. Mattress was a bit firm for our liking, but I experience that everywhere in Europe as compared to my home in USA. Nice big deck for sitting outside; you won't see the acropolis while sitting at the table but if you walk to end of deck you get a great view.

This place is an absolute gem. I stayed for nearly a month with my family. The place is actually very spacious. Much more so than most other Airbnb’s I have stayed at in Europe. The living and dining room area is quite large. And the balconies are extremely spacious. It was really nice to have the second bathroom. Only one has a shower, but having the second toilet was great if someone was in the shower - again not typical of most European Airbnb’s. While the unit is great in itself, the location is beyond perfect. Every Thursday there is a huge market literally across the street. Great people watching from the front patio. 5 min walk to the water, 3 min walk to the tram. And every possible restaurant, shop, cafe you can imagine within a few minutes from your front door. We loved a little hidden coffee shop / cafe called Lalinda. The views are spectacular. There is a beautiful church between the unit and the water that makes for great photos against the sunset. Amazing stay!

Truly the best view in Athens. I had such an incredible week at Xeni’s flat, it’s in a great neighbourhood, and it has such charm. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, and I wish I never had to leave! I fell in love with Athens. I never got to meet Xeni due to timing of my delayed flight but she was extremely understanding and had her friend meet me late at night. Much appreciated!

Aris was an incredible host. Was very responsive to our many questions. He also was able to Arrange transportation to and from the airport which was extremely helpful since we were traveling with 5 people. The pictures on Airbnb are accurate.The views of the acropolis were beyond breathtaking. The location Of the Airbnb looks rough( lots of spray painted walls / streets etc ) but with just a few minute walk you are in the heart or shopping, restaurants and bars. Unfortunately to see those amazing views you need to climb 3 flights of narrow stairs. But it’s all worth it !

Very nice home. Thelma was always responsive and we had a wonderful time in Athens and her place was convenient for shops and food and we had taxis for our others locations. Close to the markets as well!

Such a relaxing stay perfect for any solo travellers, had an issue on the last day where I left my passport behind and Daniel sent my passport to the airport for me in an uber and literally saved me. Could not be more appreciative of the host and my stay was amazing.

Giannis was the best host! Friendly, communicative and helpful, he provided lots of information and tips about the area and Athens. His love for the city and his home was really apparent. The house is quiet, clean and full of art and nice touches, he is obviously creative and it was refreshing to stay in a place with real character! The best thing was the view from the terraces, with the acropolis and city laid before you. Watching the sunset and the lights come on at night was a highlight of our trip! We loved the village feel of the location, walkable to the centre or an inexpensive taxi ride home up the hill. Thank you Giannis, you’re great :)

מהרגע הראשון המארח היה זמין עבורנו לכל שאלה או התייעצות. בנוסף לכל גם דאג להביא לנו מכונת קפה והיה אדיב ונעים. הבית עצמו ישן כפי שנראה בתמונות אך מאובזר מאוד- יש בתוכו כל מה שצריך כדי לבישול, לאפות ולכבס. המרפסת בחוץ נהדרת לישיבה בשעות אחר הצהריים. הליכה של 5 דקות לחוף הקרוב ולמסעדה ושל כ7-10 דקות לטיילת ולמסעדות האחרות.

It is at the countryside but has its own charm. Near the port so we were quick to catch the ferry to mykonos . Host guided us in everything. The house and the garden outside is so beautiful . Many thanks to the host for taking extra effort to help us in all ways. Thankyou again.

An amazing and beautiful apartment — my wife and I absolutely loved our stay here. Everything was perfect, and Anastasia was such a kind and accommodating host. She even let us stay a bit longer, which we truly appreciated. We couldn’t recommend this place more highly!

L’alloggio di Christos è ben curato e corrisponde alle foto che ha pubblicato. Si dorme bene sia per la comodità del letto che per la tranquillità della zona che sebbene un pochino distante dalle vie principali (15’-20’ a piedi) è sicura. Christos è super disponibile (ad esempio ci ha fornito un paio di asciugamani in più) e risponde velocissimo ad ogni esigenza. Consigliato!

Dommage qu’il faisait froid et mauvais, ça aurait été merveilleux si on aurait pu profiter la plage 10 minutes à pied et manger sur le terrasse du logement. Nous n’avons pas eu la chance sur la météo, mais le logement était bien. Le lit était confortable, nous avons apprécié des petites attentions de l’hôte laissé sur la table et partout. Il faisait froid à l’extérieur, mais la belle vue depuis ce logement au chaud nous consolé quand nous sommes rentrés des excursions.

We had a fantastic stay at Marios’ place. He was a great host—always responsive and helpful both before our arrival and throughout our stay. He was also incredibly flexible, kindly allowing us an early check-in and late checkout, which made our trip even more relaxing. The house itself was spacious, peaceful, and had everything we needed. Super comfortable and perfect for unwinding. It’s a remote location, which is exactly what we were looking for—no nearby restaurants or supermarkets, but that was by choice. Athens was just about an hour’s drive away, which made for a perfect day trip. We didn’t end up going to the nearby beaches, but the pool and direct ocean access were amazing—refreshing and private. Quiet nights, beautiful surroundings… exactly what we hoped for. Only small suggestion would be to improve the internet speed a bit—but other than that, it was perfect. Highly recommended!

Παρα πολυ καλο δωμάτιο, πολυ καθαρό παντου,κοντά στο νοσοκομείο που χρειαζομουν.Πολυ επικοινωνιακη η οικοδεσποινα και πάντα διαθεσιμη τις φορες που τη θελαμε.Η τιμη του δωματίου πολυ καλη.Σιγουρα αν χρειαστεί να παμε σε αυτην την περιοχή θα παμε ξανά. Ήσυχα γειτονιά με πολλα παιδιά!

Joli et coquet logement , où Myrsini nous accueille chaleureusement et simplement dans un décor empreint d’une poésie personnelle. Très proactive et disponible. Son logement est très bien situé pour avoir accès à la majeure partie des sites touristiques, musées, restaurants du centre, …qu’autant intéressant à farnienter sur la terrasse à savourer le décor de la place sous nos yeux. En prime, nous avons pignon sur une place familiale où les rires et les jeux des enfants agrémentaient nos soirées… Nous recommandons, et pour nous, une escale à revenir.

Had a lovely time in Athens with my Wife and our baby. We felt very comfortable in Fotis’ air bnb. It was exactly what we needed! It was very clean. Also, very good communication between Fotis and us. He recommended us some great restaurants and things to see/do. Only a 10/15 min walk from all the main attractions in Athens. Would 100% recommend come and stay again in the future!

Die Wohnung von Kiki hat viele gute Bewertungen erhalten und ich kann mich ihnen nur anschließen. Die Terrasse ist einfach wunderbar und die Wohnung sehr persönlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtete. In der Küche sind die Basics vorhanden incl. Öl und Kaffee. Die unmittelbare Umgebung ist eine typische Wohngegend, etwas weg vom Touristen Trubel. Zur Metro sind es weniger als 10 Minuten, allerdings ist eine etwas herausfordernde Kreuzung zu überqueren. Mit etwas Übung klappt es aber ganz gut. Mit der Metro kommt man schnell überall hin, aber das touristische Herzstück Athens rund um die Akropolis ist auch in gut 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Rund um die Metrostation gibt es gute und preiswerte Restaurants.

L'appartement d'Antigoni disposait de tout le nécessaire, et la terrasse est très agréable. Antigoni a répondu à toutes nos questions de manière réactive. Nous recommandons son logement.

U Dorosovom apartmanu smo se osjecali kao kod kuće. Apartman sam po sebi je veoma cist i osvijetljen. Posjeduje dugacak balkon, gdje izjutra možete piti kafu i hladni djus, dok uvece možete birati bijelo vino uz zapaljenu svijecu, gledajuci panoramu kvarta "Excarhia", sa vasom voljenom osobom. Ako ste ljubitelj muzike, atmosferu možete ispinuti dodatno pustanjem ploca na gramofonu, koje sadrže stranu, a pogotovo Grčku muziku. Takodje veče možete upotpuniti gledanjem zabavnog sadržaja na Netflixu, gdje možete pronaci veliki broj vasih omiljenih filmova i serija. Apartman je blizu centra, na 10-5min javnim prevozom do samog centra, i Monastiraki trga, dok vrijeme hodanja, ne prelazi 25min do istog. U okolini se nalaze veliki broj dobro opremljenih restorana i kafica, kao I veliki park, koji se nalazi preko puta stana na 100m. Doros kao domain je usluzan. Razmislja i o najmanjim detaljima i uvijek je dostupan za bilo koji vid informacije. Ako se jednog da vratim, opet cu odabrati isto.

Le logement était parfait. La communication était très bonne et l’accueil aussi. Nous avons eu de belles suggestions de resto et autres. Le parc en face était très beau. Le métro était proche et allez en ville était facile ! Merci ! Je recommande !!!
