Le logement était tout simplement au top ! Les photos sont belles, mais une fois sur place c'est encore mieux. Il y a tout les équipements nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour et la literie est très confortable. La personne s'occupant du logement est très réactive et arrangeante. Merci pour ce séjour.

A fantastic property with plenty of room to be comfortable and relax fully. The outdoor space is fantastic for groups and provides both daytime and evening capacity. The inside of the house is nicely turned out and offers plenty of room for even larger groups; kid-friendly too. The only frustration with the property was the outdoor shower by the pool, which didn't work properly. However, as we had one of the bedrooms spare (which was by the pool), we could get the kids washed off there instead. The local area is beautiful and wonderfully peaceful; enough amenities to be self-sufficient in the house, as well as enough restaurants and evening venues nearby if you want to venture out. Overall, a wonderful place and a wonderful property - merci beaucoup Joulia!!

Le seul bémol serait le tarif de la fourniture du linge de maison (draps et serviettes de toilette) et le montant du forfait ménage! Pour autant, la maison est très agréable et très confortable. Très bien agencée il faudrait vraiment être très difficile pour ne pas l'apprécier.

Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern für eine Woche im Le Carrelet und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr schön, groß und offen. Trotzdem hat jeder auch seine Privatsphäre. Die Kinder haben viel im Garten spielt, waren im Pool oder draußen auf der Straße. Alles war sauber, in gutem Zustand und stilvoll. Die Lage ist schön, sehr nah am Strand. Allerdings sind es bis ins Zentrum von Fouras ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß bzw. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Für Restaurants oder den Bäcker muss man diesen Weg auf sich nehmen. Ansonsten ist es ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, etwa nach La Rochelle. Auch an Tagen mit schlechterem Wetter haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit im Haus genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We loved the house... incredible location close to the sea and the centre of La Flotte, but away from the noise and bustle. The house sits in the middle of its own walled garden, safe for pets and very, very private. Lots of space to park 2/3 cars as well though the little road to the house is quite narrow. Our mini fitted fine! Audrey and Catherine were super responsive too. Thank you La Flotte for a wonderful holiday!

la maison est jolie et moderne. tout est bien étudié. l'équipement est très complet. ideal pour 2 couples car 2 espaces nuits distincts. située à 2 pas du port et du centre ville. nous reviendrons.

tout s'est parfaitement déroulé. la maison et son extérieur sont très agréables. le lac est aux portes de la maison et l'accès à la mer se fait plutôt bien même a pied ou a vélo. la maison est très bien équipée pour passer un agréable séjour

La maison de Kasia et Anthony était parfaite pour notre week-end entre amis. Le terrain est immense, bien entretenu. La piscine et la terrasse sont très agréables. Et les chambres sont très confortables avec une excellente literie. La maison dans son ressemble est vraiment décoré avec goût et nous serions bien restés un peu plus longtemps ! Toute la communication avec Kasia et Anthony, et avec Sandrine sur place, s'est très bien passé, tout était simple et fluide. Merci beaucoup

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille dans cette villa, accueillante avec sa décoration raffinée, son beau jardin et sa piscine de belle taille. La plancha et la terrasse abritée sont ideales pour des repas d'été.

We all enjoyed your beautiful house. We appreciated the artistic style of the place and the relaxed feel of somewhere that is loved very much. We appreciated the design of the place and the inside and outside spaces, the generous amount of wonderful kitchen equipment, the games cupboard, the dartboard, and most of all the wonderful swimming pool was really enjoyed by everyone. We enjoyed the location very much. Being able to easily walk to the daily market, to the beach or to cafe's and restaurants lent joy and ease to our stay. Thank you very much we would love to come back again .

Super fijn huis om te verblijven. Lekker rustig en afgelegen en toch dichtbij het mooie centrum. Super propere kamers, de tuin is nog mooier dan op de foto’s. We hebben hier een geweldige vakantie gehad!

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful weekend in Pascale and Laurent's beautiful, very well-equipped and characterful home! A perfect place for a family gathering, with spacious and comfortable living spaces inside and out to chat and relax and the sparkling pool and table tennis table for a little light exercise! The fascinating historical port city of La Rochelle is less than half an hour away by bus and the Atlantic with access to coast paths is nearby. We enjoyed a visit to the Sunday market in the square in Nieul sur Mer followed by un petit cafe en terrasse at the inviting and friendly Bistrot de la Place. We much appreciated the possibility of an early check in and Stephanie, Pascale and Laurent's local agent, was most helpful as well as friendly and welcoming, responding immediately to any queries we had. Merci beaucoup!!

Logement très appréciable. La personne qui nous a accueillis ainsi que l’hôte ont été très gentils. La maison est très bien équipée et tout est mis en place pour que le séjour soit agréable.

Séjour en Famille très agréable avec le beau temps, tout le monde à bien profité de la piscine sécurisé pour les enfants, location très propre avec trois salles de bain avec douche, donc pas de perte de temps à attendre tout le monde. Marie-Noelle est une personne très chaleureuse et accueillante. Je recommande la location, car très calme et près des commerces.

Je recommande vivement le logement de Stéphanie, nous y avons passé un excellent week-end en famille. Les échanges avec Stéphanie ont été très plaisants, la maison est totalement conforme à la description, la situation géographique idéale ! Merci !

Super séjour dans la maison de Clément et Caroline. La maison est encore plus belle et spacieuse que ce que les photos montrent. Plusieurs dépendances permettent d’avoir son intimité, la piscine et le jardin sont magnifiques. La maison se trouve dans un petit hameau à 10 min en vélo de la Cotiniere, ce qui fonctionne très bien! Seul bémol, les voisins sont proches. Les échanges avec les hôtes étaient très faciles et agréables, l’arrivée et le départ étaient flexibles. Nous avons adoré ces 3 jours, nous recommandons les yeux fermés.

Our stay at Emilie’s place was great! The house is very clean and modern with a lovely garden area which was perfect for our little one. 10 minute walk to the beach was perfect. Lovely quiet town which was walkable from the house. Great location to get to nearby towns. We couldn’t use the pool unfortunately due to it being very cold, I would be mindful booking this time of year again as the heating was not on in the pool. Would have been great to have this. Emilie was a great host, very responsive to our questions and very accommodating. We would come back again as a family for sure. Thank you for having us.

Superbe maison, typiquement Rétaise comme décrite dans l annonce. Spacieuse pour recevoir 8 personnes. Le jardin est juste magnifique, avec piscine chauffée. Tout est prévu pour passer un excellent séjour. De plus, est très bien située, entre Le Bois, La Couarde et Saint Martin. Catherine est très réactive quand vous lui demandez quoique ce soit. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Superbe week end entre amis chez Sabrina. Maison magnifique, hôte accueillante et arrangeante Proche centre de La Rochelle en voiture ou vélo. Rien à redire nous reviendrons !

Très beau logement, immaculé, propre et déco mignonne -idéal pour 4 personnes et max deux enfants. 6 adultes y seraient un peu à l'étroit. Très bien pour personnes à mobilités réduites (c'était notre cas). Environment calme et reposant, voisins sympatiques (il y a un peu de vis-à-vis le logement étant neuf et donc les plantations aussi). Excellente communication avec Stéphanie très réactive et disponible. Piscine d'une belle taille, mais trop froide, si réellement chauffée il faudrait vraiment augmenter la température- c'est la seule chose qui m'a fait mettre une étoile de moins au rapport qualité-prix. Sinon tout nickel merci pour ces belles vacances.
