Ideally located a few steps from the bell tower, 100 m from the port and the summer market and close to shops. With a nice courtyard/terrace of 25m2. The house is arranged on two levels and offers nice amenities with 2 bedrooms with 160 double beds + bathroom and independent toilet.

In the heart of the village of Ars en Ré, in a very quiet alley where cars do not circulate, located between the port and the church square, our old house full of charm was completely restored in 2019 and carefully decorated.
