Oh where do I begin…Sararose and Jules family has the most charming apartment nested in an incredible mountain valley. But what touched my heart was how everything was designed and built in this apartment, and I really mean EVERYTHING. From the fully equipped and stocked kitchen to the cozy fire place, to the spotless bathroom, everything is thoughtfully placed and made by hand. Craftsmanship can be felt everywhere. It’s such a warm welcoming space inside out. The window seat is no joke, exactly as shown on the photos. Come here, you will find everything you will ever need, inside out.

We really appreciated having a clean, convenient space for our 2 night get away to the city. We are from the states staying in Twizel but wanted to come to the city for a few nights. The place was perfect with all the amenities. Great for kids. Loved the balcony views! Can’t beat it!

Tim’s place was absolutely stunning! The views are incredible and the home is the perfect size. We’re a young family with a toddler and the space was excellent, the front deck overlooking Shotover was a great spot to burn toddler energy. It was easy to find, Tim’s directions were clear and easy to understand. Close to Queenstown itself but also to Arrowtown which was perfect.

Every detail was thoughtfully considered — from the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy bedding and relaxing atmosphere. The location was ideal, quiet yet conveniently close to everything we needed. Communication with the host was seamless and welcoming. Truly one of the best stays we've ever had — we can’t recommend it highly enough and would definitely love to return!

Such a perfect house! Compact yet very well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. The house was pristine clean, and the location was peaceful and quiet, very ideal for a relaxing stay. I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The host is friendly and always quick to reply and eager to help. During my trip, I had a small unexpected issue, and the host went out of their way to assist me. I really appreciated their kindness and support. The apartment itself is well-organized, and very comfortable. It had everything I needed, including a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, as well as a washing machine and dryer. I would love to stay here again if I return to the area:)

We had a wonderful family getaway the home accommodated eight guests very comfortably with all the facilities required to make you feel like you were at home. Very quiet neighbourhood but still close enough to Arrowtown and all facilities to really enjoy Queenstown and its surroundings. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a very comfortable stay.

What a beautiful place and the kindest hosts you could ever hope to meet! The location is absolutely perfect, and the surroundings are so peaceful! You can feel your stress evaporate as you listen to the birds outside on the deck, sipping your favorite beverage (morning or evening), feeling the sun, watching the sky full of stars. Beds are comfortable, and true blackout curtains if you don't want the morning sun in your eyes lol. Shower pressure is AWESOME, which is a rarity I've found. But what makes a stay truly great is your hosts, and no one could ever ask for better than Kathryn & Nick. This girl with little experience in building fires in Hawaii needed some help, and Nick was happy to oblige, and now I know the upside-down method, which has served me well already in another place! So kind, so friendly, just really invested in your having a great stay. Thank you so much, Kathryn & Nick!

This is hands down the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! The house is absolutely stunning—spacious, immaculately clean, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay so comfortable. This beautiful home made our first trip to Queenstown truly unforgettable! My family couldn’t stop talking about how special this place was! We are so appreciative of people who offer their homes as pet-friendly accommodation (and extra bonus to have it fully fenced for our dog). Communication with Shantelle was very easy and the cottage was awesome. Great location - easy walk into town and just around the corner from the Four Square. Home was exactly as advertised, was very clean, and had everything we needed. Really liked the living area - and especially the very comfy couch. Was easy to keep warm and there was plenty of firewood - can imagine it would be a fabulous place in summer as well. Would stay again, and have already recommended it to friends.

Homely feel, comfortable lounge and bed, and lots of good heating. The view is absolutely amazing, this is the main reason we stayed here. Kitchen could do with a makeover but it has everything you need.

Arriving at Tess's home was an absolute delight! The property is simply breathtaking with its modern design and stunning views of the hills and river valley below. This charming rural home boasts four bedrooms, a beautiful living room that connects to the fully equipped kitchen stocked with all the essentials you could need. The beds were incredibly comfortable with luxurious linens, making it hard to get up on some mornings with the fresh air flowing through the open sliding door. We had a blast doing yoga on the well-maintained lawn and sipping drinks on bean bags while watching the sunset. Queenstown is a dream destination with so much to offer - from wineries and bike rides in Arrowtown to thrilling activities like jet boating, funyaking, bungy jumping, and zip-lining. We enjoyed our stay at Elles home very much! It is very cosy, and has all the expected amenities inside. Jacks Point clubhouse is a short walk away, and has nice food and coffee. The scenery around Jacks Point is absolutely stunning and we will be back!

Excellent stay with Kate. Her place is thoughtfully decorated with expansive mountain views and felt like home in Wanaka immediately. Great outdoor balcony overlooking the ranges which a BBQ to enjoy some food and drinks. Kate was an incredible host proactively offering baby essential items for our little one, answering questions we had within minutes, checking in to see how I stay was. The property was kept in immaculate condition, place felt brand new with modern amenities like aircon, heating in all rooms and exceptionally clean which was really important for us travelling with a baby and the wider complex had excellent amenities like tennis courts, spa and gym which was an added bonus for an Airbnb. Highly recommend and great place for a family or anyone to come back home after a day venturing in and around Wanaka

We had the most incredible stay! The place was immaculately clean and had absolutely everything we needed — and more. The highlight was definitely the amazing hot tub overlooking stunning snow-capped mountains—such a dream to soak and unwind with that view. Fiona and Michael are truly the kindest and most thoughtful hosts — so warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout. We felt completely at home. I totally recommend this place to anyone visiting — it’s an unforgettable experience!

Location is great with private parking so you don’t have to worry about finding one far away and shifting luggages. The place I clean and near most of the needed amenities, beautiful surrounding and walking distance to the lake. Full function kitchen with no restriction of what are allowed to be cooked. Jane is a wonderful host ensuring our safe arrival and proactively helped us check on the status of the road closure, ensuring our safe arrival. We were greeted with a warm welcome, chocolate and a pre warmed house. :)

Our favourite accommodation of our NZ trip, everything was excellent! I can't decide if my favourite feature was the super comfortable bed and linen, the heated bathroom floor or the sensor light for the bathroom! Carolyn was great with communication and very helpful. Highly recommended, we will definitely stay here if visiting this area again.
