You will stay in the heart of Beaujolais in the beautiful village of Theizé. Characterful building dating from the Napoleonic Golden Stone era with independent entrance and car location. Room of 35 m² with kitchen, living room, sleeping area, bathroom and toilet. You will have at your disposal toaster, coffee maker, microwave combined oven, refrigerator... outdoor space with table and barbecue. Ideally located for hiking, biking, running, lovers. For the lucky ones:view of Mont Blanc!

You will find two parking spaces (charging sockets) A pretty terrace (table, parasol, deckchairs) will allow you to relax You can enjoy a kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine) The living room has a table, sofa and TV. A spiral staircase will take you to the bedrooms, one composed of a 160 x 200 bed + storage, the other of a 80 x 180 bunk bed + a 140 x 200 bed. In the center is the bathroom (shower, toilet) Air-conditioned accommodation.

We welcome you to the 3L gite, a recent gite adapted for people with reduced mobility located in the heart of the Beaujolais vineyards, in a green and quiet setting. Composed of a living room with sofa, an equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with 2 beds, a shower room, outdoor terrace with table, chairs, barbecue and deckchairs. Wi-Fi, parking spaces in the courtyard, linens and towels provided. We don't allow gatherings or parties.

The house is located, at the gates of the Beaujolais and the Golden Stones, 10 km from Villefranche-sur-Saône and 25 km from central Lyon. Ideally located in a village near an exit of the A6 motorway, the listing is located in a wing of our family home (character house), and has a private entrance. It is organized on two levels, can accommodate 4 people and a baby. The whole property benefits from wifi via fiber, and is non-smoking.
