Impeccable accommodation located at the end of a path in the countryside. the environment is conducive to rest and relaxation. Benoît is very available. It met our expectations. We had a very pleasant weekend!

Absolutely amazing place. Great location just 5 mins from Arnage. Place was spotless, comfy beds, couldn’t recommend enough!

Accommodation is clean, in the countryside, quiet. The host is available for any questions. Coffee on arrival, towels, nothing missing!

We enjoyed indeed our stay at Yann's place. The apartment is spaceous with high ceilings, very clean and bright. It's very close to central Le Mans with the old city and plenty of restaurants in walking distance. We were lucky to find a free parking spot in rue Auvray. Yann was quick to get back when we had questions. I would clearly recommand Yann's place to travelers to Le Mans.

I stayed with 2 people for 4 days. It was a comfortable room with one headroom and one sofa bed.

You can book without a second thought… We had the pleasure of being hosted by Jennifer and her husband, friendly and warm hosts. The accommodation is spacious, with all the necessities for a pleasant time. When outside, what can I say, everything is there to make the most of the outdoors (and the barbecue, a little extra that we inaugurated and greatly appreciated)

It is an amazing place. I am really impressed by how well-designed and clean it is. Highly recommended for a relaxing vacation away from the crowds. The place is full of technology and amenities, such as a kitchen, laundry area, sitting area, and BBQ.

The house is a real gem – beautifully renovated with a lot of love for detail. My guests and I felt very comfortable from the first moment and fell in love with this special temporary home. The magnificent pool invited you to relax every day, and a tennis court is also available on the premises. An all-around successful stay, which we will remember fondly!

Stayed at the property for LeMans 24 hour race.. Location was perfect as is literally on the main drag of Arnarge village, so fully amongst the atmosphere for the Friday night House was clean, and as per all photos and description.
