Brand new apartment. This is a private studio attached to my house with keypad entry exclusive use of Airbnb guest. One queen bed, kitchen with all the essential, super clean and confortable. WiFi, Smart Tv with access to Netflix, Hulu and more using your own accounts but also plenty of channels including news and movies. This is a very welcoming and very private Pasadena/ Deer Park home with no in person contact to check in. There is a self check- in key code to get in the house. This home is cleaned to Covid standards and it has a very private large backyard (see pictures). It is about a half mile from Beltway 8 and 2 miles from 225. 20 minutes to downtown or League City. Enough room for 6 people with 2 bedrooms and an air mattress. It also has Direct TV in the living room and master bedroom.
