Beautiful house, extremely well located at walking distance of a few different beach options in Buzios as well as walking distance to the restaurants and bars at Rua das Pedras. However, still well placed in a nice quiet part of Buzios for a good night of sleep. Sidney, our host, also allowed and suggested us to hire their own staff at the house what made life a lot easier and our stay a lot more enjoyable making the whole experience to resemble the best of the worlds between a hotel and a house hire. The house is very spacious, very well maintained, decorated and equipped. 10 out of 10. We definitely intent to be back for another stay on another opportunity!

Beautiful house, all clean and with an incredible look. The fact that it has 5 suites is great, as it brings comfort and privacy to guests, as well as being well-equipped and having breathtaking views. The outdoor area is just like the photos, with a pool-beach, functional furniture and a barbecue with all the skewers and grills. Apart from the infrastructure, Bruno was a great host, always proactive and available in case of questions. The employee Lindaci is a sweetheart. I hope to come back more often.

Everything is very perfect. Without much luxury, but the apartment is very well maintained, extremely clean and tidy. Appliances working perfectly. Very well located (shops, beach, gastronomy, fair) without having to take the car out of the garage. excellent cost-benefit ratio. Hosts are to be congratulated!

The place is exactly as shown in the photos, great value for money, close to Geribá beach, which is very good by the way, they could only do a better job cleaning, (I mean in the details) because there was a lot of dust on the furniture and I had to clean it, as well as the fans in the ceiling, nothing else to complain about.

The space is very cozy!! Close to everything, you can walk to the fair! The whirlpool with the view is a delight! And we used the barbecue with ease too! I'd definitely be back!!

All communication with Ricardo, Mari and Simone was very well done, they gave us local recommendations and a lot of information. The apartment is very nice, with an airy space and excellent leisure area. The only drawback is for the bathrooms in two suites, which are very small, but small people won't have a problem with that. The entire check-in and check-out process was very easy, and they even let us put our bags inside the apartment before check-in time. Overall an excellent stay.

A very good apartment! A beautiful balcony. A couple of blocks from the beach, you walk, it has chairs and an umbrella. If you go by car, it has parking. The apartment is impeccable, everything is wonderful, super well equipped, clean, we love it very much! It has a backyard, which was perfect for our dogs. It has a market and restaurant next door and is a few minutes' drive from Rua das Pedras. The house is in a very well located and safe condominium. Close to the beach and shopping. Good parking and safe condominium. The condominium has a swimming pool, shower and sauna. It's my second stay on Airbnb, I don't have much experience, so I was afraid at first. But my first contact with Sonja was very good, I have nothing to complain about, she answered all my questions. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and much more, very well equipped, beautiful, fragrant, very clean, the building itself is new, very well maintained too! Sonja is very detailed and has very good taste, Marcos was the one who welcomed us and showed us the whole building, the rules, gave us tips on places we could go, showed us the whole apartment. I have nothing to complain about, the neighborhood is very quiet even at night. Just one thing I have to point out was in relation to the two glass doors, the living room and the bedroom that were a little stuck, and also the bathroom door of the bedroom, nothing that maintenance can't solve. Other than that, impeccable! When I return to Cabo Frio I hope to be able to stay in the apartment again. Sonja is very friendly!
