Other: Access to washing machine in the basement, Wi-Fi and fast broadband through fiber. Parking for 2-3 cars. Close to the city center and Djuptjärn with exercise tracks and disc golf course.

On the property there is also a sauna with a wood burning stove and a relax-section, both with big windows to capture the view. Close to Jäckvik, where you find access to lake Hornavan, a super market, gas station, EV-charger, alpine skiing, hiking trails.

Wonderful Timber house with lake view

Enjoy the romantic timber house, make fire, go for a swim, hunt for nordic lights or observe reindeers walking by. Situated in a peaceful location directly on the large lake Storavan, situated in a small village with 10 inhabitants and a small husky farm. In winter as well as summer there are various outdoor activities to discover. Arctic Circle nature with everything that goes with it. Polar lights, the Kungsleden, fishing, snowshoeing, canoeing etc. Renting Equipment is always possible.

Holiday cottage in central Arjeplog

The small house is located near the center of Arjeplog. It is only a few minutes walk to restaurants and shops, but still the house has a holiday and cottage feel like it would be in the middle of the forest. The house is completely renovated in 2017 and everything is in good condition. It's a very small but well-planned space where you can accommodate a family or group of friends. The residence is located about 1 km from the city center. Close to sports and swimming pool. Close to water and nature.. TV is available but ONLY has Chromecast but no streaming services. There is a dishwasher and a washing machine . Note: There is no door between the bedroom and the living room. Nor is there a door between the second bedroom and the common area. The guest cleans up before departure.
