Pequeño estudio en 10 piso con servicio diario de limpieza y arreglo de cama, en el centro de la ciudad, con unas vistas espectaculares desde su terraza privada a la calle más famosa de madrid. Perfecto para quien quiere la atención de un hotel sin pagar la fortuna que cuestan en Gran Via. El espacio es un estudio muy pequeño, con un rincón para cocinar con nevera, micro y nespresso, y cuarto de baño privado.

Habitación de 13m2, wifi Netflix; al lado metro Aviación Española, a 15' del centro. Estacionamiento, farmacia, supermercado, bus, y tren. Todo muy limpio y el baño más aún. Sería a penas para tres personas contando contigo. Acepto 2 personas, pero por poco tiempo y ten un adicional de 12 euros día; fumar sólo en el patio. Tengo mascotas, son viejecitos e no molestan. Minimo de 4 días. No si arrepentirá de si instalar conmigo, porque soy atenciosa, agradable y flexible.
