Vacation home rentals in Arenella, Naples

The hosts were very helpful and the communication was super good. They made us feel like home from the first moment. They felt more like relatives than just Airbnb hosts. The apartment was extremely clean. The cleanest I have experienced so far. The bed is very good and all the equipment in the apartment is of very good condition and quality. The negative with the apartment is the high humidity but I guess that won't be a problem when air conditioning will be on during warm days. The place is walking distance from either metro lines 1 or 2 and in principle you can walk any distance in central Napoli, from the historic center down to the sea. It's just at the beginning of the hill so no worries about uphill walk. The neighborhood is very vivid and the noise is rather high in early morning hours but I guess that's what you have to pay for living so central. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay and we would definitely recommend it to anyone else.

We loved our stay at Alessandra's. It is in a great location. Her place is well curated with unique pieces of art and the design and style of the flat is warm and inviting. We had such a lovely visit here. I loved the view overseeing the square and did not find it too noisy at night. We did not have any issues sleeping. The hosts went above and beyond to accomodate us, from sharing ideal places to visit or go for meals and more. The hosts are mindful and courteous people. I would glady stay here again the next time I visit Napoli!

Erminio und Mela waren sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Wir wurden von Erminio empfangen und er half uns beim Gepäck hochtragen. Man muss 3 Etagen im Treppenhaus hochsteigen, es war nicht einfach, aber zu bewältigen. Auch von unserem 5 jährigen Sohn. Leider gab es im Treppenhaus täglich immer wieder Exkremente von vermutlich Katzen (weil es offen zum Hof ist). Wir haben uns mit unserem Sohn einen Spaß daraus gemacht, ob wir neue Haufen entdecken. Die Wohnung selbst war blitzsauber, liebevoll eingerichtet mit bequemen Betten. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kleinkinder und hatten ausreichend Platz. In der Küche hätten wir uns (wie in den Zimmer vorhanden) eine Klimaanlage gewünscht. Ansonsten war alles prima! Danke an Mela und Erminio für den tollen Aufenthalt!

The place was spacious and beautiful, very clean with easy access to the market, shops and restaurants. It is right opposite to the train station, less than 5 mins walking distance, which was a treat since we had 2 large luggage bags with us. There is grocery and bakery right downstairs which was really convenient also. Bed and pillows were super comfy as well and we felt right at home. Enrica was always very friendly and responsive and even helped us find luggage storage at a cheap price. We had an amazing stay at the house.

Ich würde gerne etwas Originelles schreiben, aber wenn es um diese Terrasse geht... wurde schon alles gesagt und es ist wirklich wahr 🙂....geräumige Küche mit gemütlichem Sofa, ein großes Bett im Schlafzimmer und ein charmanter kleiner Flur,der steile Heimweg hilft, die Pizza zu verdauen 😂.....Natürlich dürfen wir die Gastgeber nicht vergessen, die sehr gute Kommunikation mit Massimiliano und seiner sehr netten Mutter (übrigens sehr schöne Frau).....Wohnung zum empfehlen

Vincenzo’s apartment is a peaceful retreat in the heart of a busy city. We booked an extra night to check in right after our early morning arrival which was worth every penny. The space was spotless, quiet, and just as described. The AC worked well (much needed in the Naples heat!!), and we appreciated the cold water in the fridge and the coffee maker. Getting into the building and using the keys took a minute to figure out…not hard, just unfamiliar. Instructions/vid provided very helpful. The keys to the apartment door was “sticky”. Heads-up: there are a lot of stairs at the entry level, but there’s an elevator. Grab the keys first, leave your bags on the ground floor, and take them up via the lift to make things easier. Location is great and walkable to many sights and restaurants. Vincenzo was very responsive and helpful. Definitely check out his local guide in the listing for great food recs. Don’t miss the Museo Archeologico! We’d stay here again if Naples was on the plan.

Great stay! The property was very clean and as described. Locating the apartment within the building was a little tricky, but the host responded immediately to our questions and guided us to the apartment where we were greeted by a friendly and professional individual at check in. The host was very responsive and quickly provided us with a couple of fans upon request. The location is fantastic, very central to all the places we wanted to see on our trip, and literally in the middle of many food and shop options. The property accommodated our party of 6 easily and comfortably. Would stay again for sure.

Wir haben drei tolle Tage in Neapel verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu Piazza Dante. Man ist mitten drinnen im neapolitanischen Leben! Die Wohnung ist relativ klein, aber mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, unser Sohn war vom Etagenbett total begeistert. Die Terrassen über den Dächern von Neapel sind fantastisch, man hat einen tollen Blick auf den Vesuv und die ganze Stadt. Eine 100%- Empfehlung von uns!

the apartment is very huge. There are AC-s everywhere. Unfortunately the bathroom was not as clean (hair and bugs). the terrace is very good. Quiet place and neigbors. We had a problem because the previous guests broke the toilet seat and Margherita was very responsive they even find a solution and gave us a universal toilet seat because the new one was not delivered yet. So we are really thankful for that. :) The metro/subway is really close but this neighborhood is not the best. This part of the city is very dirty.

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in het verblijf van Ciro! 😊 Ciro is ontzettend vriendelijk, altijd goed bereikbaar en gaf ons veel tips over bezienswaardigheden in de buurt en evenementen tijdens ons verblijf. Zo konden we zelfs de finale van Napoli op groot scherm meebeleven – een unieke ervaring, en dat op wandelafstand van het verblijf! 🇮🇹⚽ Het huisje is gezellig en voorzien van alle nodige faciliteiten. Het komt helemaal overeen met de foto’s, wat fijn is! 📸 Voor ons was de locatie ideaal: alles is vlot te bereiken met het openbaar vervoer. 🚋 Daarnaast zijn er heerlijke restaurants in de buurt (Ciro gaf ook hier enkele topaanraders!). 🍝 Kortom: een super verblijf gehad. We komen zeker terug! 👋

We had a great time at Stefano’s place. Having private access to the beach was amazing and the views were spectacular. Stefano was extremely quick to respond and was very helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Alles war genau so, wie es auf den Fotos dargestellt ist – sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Vermieter: Er war jederzeit gut erreichbar und ist auf all unsere Wünsche sehr zuvorkommend eingegangen. Der gesamte Ablauf war unkompliziert und angenehm. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!

The apartment is spacious and conveniently located in a tourist street just 10 minutes from the sea. It is quiet in the apartment despite a busy location. The hosts are very helpful and respond within minutes. We would definitely stay there again

Stayed here for 4 nights and had a great time. Check-in was simple and Luigi was there to meet us for an early check-in which was appreciated. The apartment itself is excellent, clean, uncluttered and everything you need for your stay. It's actually one of the very few places we have stayed where there were enough glasses for everyone staying! Can't fault the location. Only 3 minutes walk from the Funicolare down to the port and very close to the metro so very easy to get around. Loads of good restaurants and bars in the area so no real need to go into the centre of Naples in an evening. Would highly recommend this place if you're in Naples for a few days.

Mirko is an outstanding host. Gave us excellent recommendations. The apartment was super clean. Sheets were professionally laundered. Bed was comfortable. Highly recommend Mirko’s place. You won’t regret it. He is very attentive, meticulous and an amazing host.

Beautiful apartment! The hosts comms were great. Incredible location. Very well equipped. You do need to be fit to climb all those steps, but it is well worth it, and a lift is coming soon i understand :-)

I spend 3 nights with friends and place was in the middle of the old centre, so all restaurants, bars etc where on walking distance but it was very quiet in the apartment. Apartment was clean and Valeria communicates clear and quick. I really recommend her place to stay during a trip to Naples

We were a group visiting Naples in late May, and the apartment suited us well. It’s on the second floor (wide stairwell) of a building on a busy street in the Spanish Quarter. The area is vibrant—great for exploring, not for peace and quiet. We had a great time! Many shops, plus lots of bars and restaurants in the surrounding alleys. A BNL ATM is nearby, and we saw the Toledo metro station close too. The building has an elevator (€0.20 per ride), and taxis usually pick up at a nearby plaza. We always felt safe entering and leaving. Bedrooms are spacious; bathrooms vary—most are small, especially the showers. One has a tub but no showerhead, so kneeling is needed to rinse off. There’s a dining area, but we mostly gathered in the kitchen for breakfast and conversation. If you're visiting Naples with a group and want a place within walking distance of the main attractions, this is a great option.

I stayed in Carmelas beautiful home for a week with my family during our stay in Napoli. It is very clean and tidy and it has lots of amenities, 5 beds, 2 bathrooms and also a lovely balcony! Very walkable to the main attraction and 2 minutes from the metro! Many restaurants cafes and bars in the area that are close by, I’d definitely recommend staying in this pristine apartment.

The apartment was perfect. Location was amazing. Loved the court yard and the easy access to the apartment. Very spacious with comfortable beds and a lovely rain shower. Truly a gem in the heart of the city.

Great house in a very nice and lively neighbourhood, packed with good places to eat and chill. Vincenzo is a very kind and warm host who helped us a lot with some great recommendations and suggestions. The house is super clean and very well equipped. Only thing that wasn’t perfect was a certain smell in the bathroom but as long as you keep the window and door open it’s manageable.

Appartamento bello, accogliente e pulito; ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro storico, vicino ad un parcheggio privato dove abbiamo lasciato la macchina per due giorni e a circa 7/8 minuti a piedi dalla metropolitana. Grazie mille ad Elisabetta per l'ospitalità, la gentilezza e la prontezza con la quale ha comunicato con noi. Consigliatissimo!
