High standard with unique options, underfloor heating and an unbeatable coziness factor that really gives you that cottage feeling you want when you go to the mountains. In principle, ski in/ski out with only a 100 meters to the ski slopes in Tegefjäll/Duved (included in Åre's lift system). 300 meters in the other direction, you will find a restaurant, grocery store and the ski bus into Åre (in operation during the ski season). Spend a time in beautiful Åre. You will be close to everything when you live in our centrally located apartment. Walking distance to Åre Torg, lifts, train station, ICA etc. Accodommation: The apartment consists of two bedrooms with a double bed in one of them and two bunk beds in the other. Max 6 people in the apartment. Kitchen with dishwasher. Living room with TV. Other: Parking is available. Sauna is available to book in a shared local in the association. Bed linens are not provided. Cleaning is done by those who rent. Wifi is not available.

Nice, fresh apartment located by Åre square with proximity to everything. Balcony facing south. 75 meters to Ica, 150 meters to the train station. Minimum age to rent is 18 years old. Children are of course welcome in the company of adults. Close to wonderful Årestrand where you get to feel what it's like to swim in fresh mountain water. All lovely hiking trails are also around the corner. Christmas, New Year, weeks 8 & 9 and Easter week are only rented out for full weeks.
