Welcome to our centrally located apartment in Åre of 43 sqm. Here you have fully equipped kitchen and dishwasher, two separate bedrooms of which one in the loft with double bed, and one with two separate beds. You are walking distance to the ski slopes, and live at the same time in the middle of the village with proximity to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The train station is right across the street and the house is reached from there in less than 5 minutes. Departure cleaning is included. Bed linen and towels are not included, in line with Swedish standards, see below.

Apartment in villa. Right in the heart of Åre village! Incl. linen

Apartment of about 35 sqm with sleeping loft. Bunk bed on the bottom and 140 cm double bed in sleeping loft. The price includes bedlinen and towels. Kitchen with stove,oven,microwave,dishwasher, fridge and freezer. DURING THE WINTER SEASON AGE LIMIT AT LEAST 25 years (or in parent's party) Private entrance and patio. Very central in the middle of the village, walking distance to everything. Suitable for two adults and two kids or up to THREE ADULTS. The apartment is part of a private house with a resident and therefore quietness after 22.00 is a requirement. No parties!!

Rent our newly built (Nov 2022) and well-planned 4-room apartment with sauna in a peaceful environment. High standard with unique options, underfloor heating and an unbeatable coziness factor that really gives you that cottage feeling you want when you go to the mountains. In principle, ski in/ski out with only a 100 meters to the ski slopes in Tegefjäll/Duved (included in Åre's lift system). 300 meters in the other direction, you will find a restaurant, grocery store and the ski bus into Åre (in operation during the ski season). Newly produced apartment, approx. 30 sqm, located in an architect-designed villa completed in 2020, in Åre's absolute best location! Tottens byväg is Åre's oldest district and is an idyllic place only 10 minutes' walk from Åre center, where there is a large selection of restaurants, food and clothing stores, Systembolaget, cafés, etc. Only 5 minutes' walk to Tottliften where you enter the entire Åre ski system. Charming apartment by the VM8, best location!

Cozy apartment of 30sqm right by the VM8, the lift that opens at the earliest in the morning and connects the entire ski area. Great location in Åre, close to everything. In the summer season there is rolling distance to the lift cage and really good pump-track! Different layout with, among other things, a double(triple)bed of 270cm. Fully equipped kitchen for those of who enjoy to cook. Before you start the day, you can usefully slide down to the bakery Bake 200m away and buy yourself something freshly baked. No tenants under the age of 23.

Welcome to our apartment in Björnen, Åre! This apartment is perfect for families, couples and close friends that values a great location and do not mind a small place to live in. Very central, compact and stylish apartment in the heart of Åre. Fully renovated in 2025. Walking distance to ski lifts, restaurants, stores, train station, ski bus etc. This 48sqm studio has a unique glass room layout (one bedroom + one sleeping alcove), and can comfortably host 5 people.
