I swear to God, the owner of the cottage is good and tries to give you the best experience. It is the best thing I have ever tried. Turkey, honestly, entering the cottage is difficult, but it is worth the experience.

A real gem! As a tourism professional, I'm used to visiting all kinds of homes—but this one is truly exceptional. The views are simply magical: mountains, forest, moving sky… and the soft sound of the river in the background. Whether from the living room, the bedroom or even the jacuzzi, you are immersed in nature. Forget the TV, here it's the live show that captivates you. The accommodation is clean, well furnished, tastefully decorated, and the staff are extremely helpful. One night, a storm caused a power outage — we contacted Hassan, and he fixed the problem in a minute. Again thank you for this responsiveness! Don't be swayed by any bad reviews: if there's a problem here, it's probably from the person writing it, not the accommodation. If I could give more than 5/5, I would do it without hesitation.

A wonderful cottage with a direct and breathtaking view of the river, ideal for those looking for privacy and tranquility in a charming natural atmosphere. The area is safe and its people are very friendly and welcoming, and there is a restaurant nearby, 5 minutes walk, and a mosque and supermarket within 7 minutes. The cottage is very clean, the interior decoration is elegant and harmonious in a way that is comfortable – indeed, the owner of the place is creative in choosing the details, and every corner of it radiates taste and interest. One of the most beautiful surprises is that a free breakfast is served daily, simple and delicious, and it adds a touch of generosity and attention that is highly appreciated. Although there is no oven, microwave or cooking utensils, the comfort of the place, its view, and its beautiful atmosphere compensate for that and more. The host is very responsive and cooperative, and the brother Bakil, who is in charge of the huts, is very polite and generous, always present and responds to any request with open arms. The location is only half an hour away from Ayder Heights, and the road to it is easy and full of restaurants and cafes, and there is a gas station nearby. Thank you from the heart to the generous host, and to Bakil for the good reception and hospitality. We had no trouble finding the location. Mrs. Merve and Mr. Barış welcomed us with hot tea and refreshments. They're both very friendly and helpful. We stayed as a family, the beds and the environment were very comfortable. We had no problems with privacy. Hosts helped us when we had any problems or shortcomings. We left very satisfied. If we happen to be in Rize again, we will definitely come here. 🥹❤️

The best place to live in the north of Turkey The ruins are wonderful and can't be enough. There are ruins in each of the roles the best place I saw the city of Riza separated you from the world , and there is a delicious breakfast on demand. The place is very clean and sleepy and you are comfortable and the hosts are respectful and friendly. They introduced us to the tea plantations and took pictures of us with the tea fields and they made us drop off with them. It was a complete experience and not a residence only where we knew the softness of the Turkish people and their generosity and their hospitality. Thank you for Karim and his family for hosting us

the business owner greeted us with his wife in a friendly way. They were very friendly. The business owner was very helpful with places to visit. The location of the creek house was almost like a center of peace with the sound of the black sea, greenery and storm stream. The freedom area of the creek house was very much in front compared to the surrounding accommodation, the private barbecue area for the barbecue, the private winter garden for the barbecue, and the summer garden, most importantly, the heated swimming pool and many details that I could not count. We had a very nice time with my wife. From here, we thank Mr. Turan and his wife Özlem very much for their sincere attitude to the business owners. The house is beautiful, clean and elegant, and its view is very wonderful, and close to all activities, and the distance is not far from Eder, and God willing, I will return to live in it again, The person in charge of the housing is a respectable person, (for conservative families, I strongly recommend this housing), Of course, the road needs a little focus because it is in a high place.. Down the mountain there are restaurants and grocery stores that have almost everything you need. I recommend that you have a car (rent a car from the airport "less expensive than a driver and more comfortable to get around")

Highly recommend. The accommodation is really nice,clean, with great views. Bare in mind that gps maps is not very accurate, there are several routes to the house, make sure to follow the host's instructions and signs on the road that start with "Kartal..", other routes could be dangerous and cars won't be able to pass. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and all necessities were available.

A beautiful apartment located in the village of Jolou, which is a village on the top of the mountain I visited in late July. There is air conditioning in the hall, but you will not need it because the place is high and cool. The apartment gives you a wonderful look and the mosque is five hundred meters away from it. The road to the village is safe, but it goes through many turns. Just be careful when driving if you are not used to turns and narrow mountain roads. For the Internet, I recommend you to buy an Internet slice from Truxal company. People are friendly and very nice.
